Who should go and who should stay

Just going through our team and looking at the players I have come up with a few that should definitely be off the books. For me there are a few that we need to keep and bring in better quality to build a good team around.
Goal keepers, the rumour is that Adrian is on his way out so that leaves Randolph and Speigal. I don't know what Speigal is like but we need a keeper as Randolph has proved he is only a bench player.
Defenders, Arbeloa is shit, Byram is just ok and the jury is still out on Fonte. Cresswell has had his problems this season and I am wondering if being picked for England and the rumours that pool where interested have turned his head but Masuaka has not been to bad so far. As for the rest keepers and give Collins another year, good bench player.
Midfield, gone are Nordviet and Tore and I know this is hard but Noble on the bench, great club man and plenty of passion but slowing down and prone to yellow cards. Snodgrass with the right midfielders around him will come good and shit we miss Obiang, and Fegouli is a bench player, when he comes on he grafts unlike a few that I have mentioned.
Strikers, I don't care what Bilic says I don't think Calleri is good enough and I think Sakho will be gone, as for Andy, on his day he is unplayable but keeping him on the field is the problem. If the Chinese come in with a big offer I would take it and bring in a couple of strikers that could stay injury free for at least a season. We have some good young players coming through but as I said on another post why lend them out to sit on someone else's bench when we can put them on ours and give them playing time to build up their confidence and enthusiasm when needed.
So for me we need a bloody good shot stopper, at least one or two right side defenders, another decent midfielder and at least two strikers in the summer. Let's hope the Davids have the balls to go get them and not loans but buy a bit of qualit. Those are just my views so be interested what your views are gents.

but I think most would agree.clearly we are very weak down the right side and our defence has missed ogbonna and hopefully he will recover from his knee operation and be back to the player he was last season,we are slow across the back four so clearly need an injection of strength and pace there, keeper wise I think Adrian will go and Randolph needs to follow as he is a championship keeper at best, midfield well like you say you cannot let sentiment rule your heart and noble at best a bench player from next season and before anyone spits out there coffee we got rid of parker and life went on the same will happen with noble regardless.upfront well looks like we will get sackho we will get fit and he will go carroll should if the offer comes in from china or maybe his old club Newcastle let him go and lets revamp the frontline completely......so for me its Adrian/Randolph/Fonte/Collins/nordveilt/Snodgrass/feghouli/carroll/sackho.
wow major team surgery there and major major investment needed by the board if we are to do anything but struggle again next season.oh yes I forgot the majority of the training staff need replacing and I include the terminator there as he is apparently only involved in shooting and crossing training nothing defensive! his words not mine.

and I just don't get it at all! Obiang is a very gifted player and technically is far better than most of our midfield players, seriously he is quality. The other player fell apart in one game but all that I have seen apart from that one game has been quality, referring to Masuako who I stated on here after a few games how good he looks. I just wonder what people watch or know about football sometimes and its painful when people are unable to see very obvious talent.

One of the very few stand out performers this season imo & wernt liverpool sniffing round him a few weeks back? For me obiang is a must to keep, also agree about masuaku, hes impressed me at left back...even if slav was to pick cress again at left back (& he could discover his form of last season) i wouldnt mind seeing masuaku in front of him left midfield (or vice versa),i reckon they would be a real threat down the left wing!

There seems to be to many negatives and hardly any positives ,If you take into account our current injurys +the seemingly bad adjustment to the new stadium ,+ the Payet nonsense and all the none descript signings i really do think we got out of jail by staying up ,assuming we do but one thing is sure and certain we are going to have to spend a shit load of money for next season,my opinion? We're safe enough this time ,Sunderland are toast and Middlesbourgh. (Depending on tomorrow night )will join them ,Hull will make it ,its between the swans ,Bournemouth and Palace as to who joins them

I really can't say there is a single person in the team who we definitely need to hold on to. A few are useful and might help us draw a few games and win occasionally: Noble, Cresswell, Obiang, Kouyate, Reid, Ogbonna. But none of them are irreplaceable. At the moment, we have zero flair and practically no speed. We are ponderous, predictable, uninspiring. Jokanovic (Fulham Manager) is like Bilic 2.0; I don't know how the chairmen think that could improve the club. The young players like Fernandes, Fletcher, Samuelsen, Oxford, Burke, etc -- they seem to show promise, and I'd love to see them given more of a chance, but they are unproven, and coming into a side with a losing culture can't have them chomping at the bit. It's such a pity we couldn't push on from last season.

Not brutal ashes, just honest and correct altho we do still have a lot of players well worth keeping hold of. Can't believe cresswell said season is more than a blip. Obiang, Reid, fernandes, kouyate used properly are all good assets. We do however need a lot more pace and creativity. A bit of ruthlessness wouldn't go a miss either. Along with a lot more leadership.

Shit? 153 games for Real Madrid, winner of La Liga, Copa del Ray twice, UEFA Champions League twice, FIFA Club World Cup winner, UEFA Super Cup winner, never mind winning European Championship twice and World Cup whilst claiming 56 international caps. Maybe he laughed at Bilics honours in football when told how to play the game.
To improve this club, first lot to go must be Bilic, Gold, Sullivan and that Miss Piggy lookalike

See that's a nonsense not in the real world comment. Getting rid of the board ain't gonna happen anytime soon. Unless you drag yourself along to a game with a petition and a banner, they're not just going to up sticks and leave, or put the club on the market. However ever much you hate the way they look, earn their money, operate the club. So its back to the real world and Bilic out. Who comes in?

I respect his CV, but West Ham have a terrible record of bringing in players who have finished a great career and then pull up stumps and collect a fat paycheck. Past record means nothing if your legs are gone or you have no desire. I don't see Arbeloa doing anything for us, now or in the future.

If you really are thinking in Fulham menager, you might as well keep Bilic. With players like Nordtveit, Calleri, Feguouli, Tore, Byram, Arbeloa, Source, it never takes the club to the next level as they said the owners.
