he says he's learnt a lot from his experience since leaving everton…..er ok, so you've learnt a lot on how to destroy clubs? Man U, Real Sociadad and Sunderland….the list is just bursting with great achievement there Davey.

I'm no fan of moyes dicksy, but he didn't destroy ANY of those teams. He may not have done well but certainly didn't destroy them Sunderland was a deadman walking since di Canio and yet some people think he is the man they want.

Lol dont bother Red Neck DITM has never liked Moyes . Im not a great fan of his but to say hes destroyed any club is an absolute joke. Sacking Di Canio was the biggest mistake they made btw! but again they were going down with or without him and they still drew against us last season! Then ho on earth did he destroy united? Anyone who took that job after SAF was doomed and Van Gaal managed to spend tons more money and was worse off then Moyes. As for his spell in spain lets be honest neither me you or DITM knows what happened with Moyes in spain in reality.

your very fond of telling everyone what they know fred. he won 11 games out of 38, thats what I know but I suppose anyone who disagrees with u knows nothing about football. as for destroying clubs, its a joke. try and lighten up perhaps. point is its a fact he did crap at all three clubs and didnt do much with everton either. oh and van gaal won the cup. if hes our new manager I hope hes improved or we'll go down like sunderland and have to listen to why its not his fault

Moyes won't inspire/excite the fan base agreed he is exactly who I thought the board would go for before bilic. For me he is an slight upgrade on bilic. I expect him to be better than bilic in all the ways we have struggled in, exactly how much only time will tell. Certainly NOT any foresight or vision involved in his appointment. As for your joke dicksy, you suckered me there. Maybe recent events have made me just a bit tetchy, I'm sure you can understand why!

£3m to pay off Bilic, Moyes no release fee, but the reality is his record is not great and do we also want Phil Neville at the club? Defensively we have been awful and tactically inept. I won £305 on the game v Liverpool and ashamed to say the first time I have ever backed against West Ham, but just sick of our performances. The best change would be for the owners to leave. Nobody can be excited at the prospect of Moyes arrival. It was way too easy for Liverpool who won the game in a canter. We lack invention, tactical awareness, passion, teamwork and so low on confidence. Hate to say it, but Moyes will take us down.

the worry with that is that they will stick with Bilic. I don't see any other really viable candidates out there. Koeman is damaged goods right now and we can forget about Ancelloti and co. Im not Moyes' biggest fan but I'm beginning to think if its to the end of the season he could get the job done. He's an angry man, his face shows it and i think we need some anger on the pitch. The defeatist look on Bilic's face has shown itself on the pitch too and now we've got a losing mentality. Someone who will structure the team to stop leaking goals, crank up the training and discipline is whats needed and as much as it pains me to say it, i don't see anyone out there but sticking with Bilic will be a mistake as we will go down without a fight. speaking of fight, we could always call on Mad Dog, he's bound to get the tackles flying in.

Have to say i think the problem is psychological and the first step is getting out of that abomination of a rented fish bowl and putting in place plans to build our own FOOTBALL ground

we were moved out of one of the best "football" grounds in the country into a souless bowl so why would they want to build one that will cost them money.

Think of the games he’s got coming up too. December is the month of death for us. Plenty of jokes about West Ham going down the Xmas decorations have been heard, we,ve got something like 7 or 8 games in December, no way the players are fit enough to cope with that! Come January even being able to put the turkey on the table at the Moyes household won’t be enough to cheer him up enough to turn it around in 5 months! We’re royally in it and we’ve opted for a manager who’s face is permanently sallow.
