As we often say around here: so far so good -- we've made it 35 minutes at 0-0. But it doesn't look like this can last for 90. What's happened to Arnautovic? How bad is it?

Jesus, they’re all over us and even when we get in their half we’re giving it away cheaply. Hernandez not holding it up at all and his passing has been cack!

Jozi, tbh that's where we as a team in general need to concentrate our games imo. Nothing fancy just get the basics right. Let players like arnie, lanzini and masaku provide the extra. The rest just do the basics well. That in itself would beat the teams around us. Trouble is we are generally poor at the basics, which I'm sure infuriates the fans.

Good save Adrian. I'd take a point. Sometimes in matches like this West Ham nick a goal against the run of play and take a lead. Not that that means we would hold on. COME ON YOU IRONS!

What West Ham game would it have been if the ref hadn't assisted a top team to equalise against us. But I'll take the point -- fabulous goal. Song's goal good too, to be fair. That's a precious point, now we have to prove that we are good enough to be mid-table.

Ashes now that's a great comment ha ha. "We have to prove we are good enough to be mid table". Oh how our mighty team have fallen. Keep up with the positive talk. What they feeding you over there! Ha ha

What a fuc*in strike, goal of the season for me,i would have settled for a draw before the game...but probably a bit unlucky with the decision to not give a foul on lanzini...onwards & upwards.COYI

Tim Sherwood (ex Tottenham): "Without being disrespectful to Obiang, that's one in a career for him. We've already see Son score like this before and we will see him score like this again, but this is not part of Obiang's game and he has chipped in with a wonder strike. If he ever scores one like that ever again then I want to see it."

I've not seen Son make a shot like that before, and I HAVE seen Obiang hit the bar, hard, from 35 yards.

What a strike by Obiang! Shame we couldnt nick it in the end, would of really pissed the Spurs fans off! Defended to a man, Rice was impressive and Masuaku showed some really nice flair but its painfully obvious how weak we are in the centre of midfield... we are desperately in need of a quality holding midfielder. We need a Kante...

Andy like you say it's painfully obvious our centre mid is poor. Unfortunately they are STILL our best combination, and there's the problem. We need 2 not one!
