90 seconds in after half time and we are down a second goal. What does our defence think about.

We knew who their danger players were yet haven’t stopped either from scoring.
I have an uneasy feeling this is where our season starts falling apart....and all because of the Cup debacle on Wednesday.

Yarmolenko was the MOM. His trickery is causing a few problems for the defenders. Good link up with Haller. Haller can hold up the ball and barely loses its well as being very unselfish. The one downside in his game is that his work rate dies off in the last half hour or so. Cresswell, has suddenly woken up and scored again. 2 goals in 2 games from our left back. He has sewed his left back spot. Still unbeaten in the Premier League after that 0-5 spanking by MABU Dhabi Citeh. But West Ham, need to prop up the defence, though Rice is the most consistently a standout holding defender. Fabianski might have saved that 2nd goal if he was still on the pitch. But have to give Jimenez credit for a great save when he stood tall and prevented Bournemouth from going 3 up. Wilshere was a bit of a disappointment when he came on as a late substitute, while Lanzini made his presence felt when being called on as a sub. Fair result for both teams in my very humble opinion.

All the same I will take a 5th place after 7 games. One of our best starts of the Season. Still ahead of Chelsea, Man Uted and of course Spuds. Same goal difference and points as 4th placed Arsenal!
