Did El Pel Hasten The Sacking Of Jose Mourinho?

Well there we were hoping to see the look on Jose Mourinho's face as Manuel Pellegrini's West Ham overtook Mourinho's beleagured Manchester United side in the Barclays Premier League, unfortunately fate has dealt that aspiration a blow with what many knew would happen, namely the sacking of the 'Sour One'. Such a pity, because whoever comes in to replace him will surely galvanise United's players making the task of Hammers finishing ahead of them more difficult but not impossible.

The writing has been on the wall for a long time, but perhaps one of the pivotal moments was when Mourinho's team got turned over 3-1 at the London Stadium, prompting the 'Sour One' to suggest that Hammers recruitment was on 'another level' to that of his own club. Mourinho further went on to say Issa Diop was a monster and congratulations for finding him.

One plus point about Mourinho's departure, is the threat of Marko Arnoutovic being lured to Manchester United during the January transfer window will have dissipated somewhat, if not entirely and other arranged areas of the Red Devils 'tapping up' policies regarding West Ham players will now not meet fruition.

It may be a touch of the old schadenfreude, but hey come on, how many times have the Mancs gloated over and enjoyed Hammers traumas over the years? - Ed

Only thing i will say is that those who gave him the bullet are not as daft as some may think,a caretaker manager till the end of the season they say manure fans not happy about that but with there next lot of fixtures being easy pickings those grumbles will soon go away unlike the twitchy sphincter muscle in Levys arse at the thought of manure come a knocking for Poch a double whammy for him spend to keep him and spend big in the summer transfer market also lol oh how that must make him feel very very uneasy
