What utter tosh

Submitted by edwindup on Sat, 14/02/2015 - 14:57

That was grim watching today and hard to stomach. Totally outplayed and outthought in all areas. We were so ineffective and lethargic, lacked creativity. West Brom wanted it more. Nolan Song and Noble useless. Cresswell and Tomkins also out of sorts. Quite the worst I have seen this season but not sure when we played well last discounting the heroic defending against Southampton. We just look cack.

Yeah, not much we can do but shrug our shoulders and hope it was mostly just one of those days. At least there's a good break before the spuds game, time to get some of our injured players back, enough time so that tiredness cant possibly be an excuse after the next game. Time for our management to have a good think about how we play for the rest of the season.

I couldn't be arsed in the end, ,

I get a bit of stick at work , part of the beauty of being a west ham fan.. ( luckily no baggies fans ) and the Derby fans at work with be busy avoiding the forest lot so I should be ok....

Have you noticed the gap opening up between seventh and eighth on the table? I think Sam has settled for an 8th place finish, the trouble with that is a sure way to end up 15th.

Hopefully he'll cop the bullet and won't be around to settle for eighth. The new man in charge will take us to Europe, though the fat controller will say he laid the foundations...give me strength

For the support we had I think it was a disgrace, and for Allardyce to use the fixture congestion as the issue is embarrassing!

noticing the body language of most prem manager's their very animated , you can see the passion in their faces , even Pullis yesterday , he'd give you the impression that he knows what he'd doing ( though god only knows why he wants C C ) leaving aside the mojo effect he seems to bring to most clubs he manages, and of course with the exception of old puffy face at the manua , when our guy isnt sitting back with his hands in his sky and chewing gum for England , he's up on his feet with the only two hand signals he knows , waiving his arms as if to say get the f**k back , or get the F**k forward

If that was the case then he should have bought in some younger players. But yes i agree it is a pathetic excuse. This is all they have to do, keep themselves fit, they have the best money can buy when it comes to advice regarding diet ect. they also earn in a week what most of us earn in a year, it should not be that heard to get it right.

at 2/3-0 down it would be an opportunity to bring on the younger players, the older ones were creating virtually '0' so why not? Not sure bringing off Song for Joey O'Brien would have gone down well???
