Brady denies Klopp link and says talking BFS re budget etc for new SEASON in the summer.
Could all be smoke an mirrors though ??

He's staying. It's what I alluded to on another thread, lots of fans favourites coming out saying nice things about him, all connived by Brady.

But if you have chairmen who are gutless it is possible but they have to be spineless and gutless and blind heartless and evil to do it this way, a very clever way in fact a slimy cowards way because they know A) Sam Allardyce is useless B) He Is disliked by the vast majority of the fans who have had enough and hated by at least 25% of the fans C) He is destroying the heart of West Ham United .
So they have not given him a contract because they would have got it in the neck big time from the fans over successive games, and have decided to pull a clever con tick and offer him a contract at the end of the season which will give the fans enough time to roast over it and lose their anger and annoyance.
I hope that I am just talking out of my jacksie because I think our Chairmen are better than that they have to be but If they do offer him another contract I hope the fans who support in person repay them by removing their person from Upton Park and that is not a nice thing to say.

Just spending a bit more thought time on this and thinking that by announcing the reduction in ticket prces for the first season in OS they are attempting to soften the blow to the fans of Sam staying. At the end of the day these two businessmen are pinning everything on ensuring we're a Premier league side come that move. For some unknown reason they seem to think that the only person that can guaranteee that 100% is Sam.They've been watching other teams chop and change managers with varying degress of success and are thinking if they appoint the wrong choice it goes belly up and true to historical form they are remaining loyal to the manager of their club. They seem to lack the balls to go for it and commit to improving the football club and it's brand of football and are all about remaining a Premier league club regardless of whether it's 1st or 17th and anywhere in between will do.

When Winnie Reid signed his new contract, a short time after he came out saying that being a side challenging near the top may not happen in his time at the club. Wonder what the Dave's told him in those negotiations that made him come out with that???

Well moore2come I was surprised when Winston Reid signed a new contract because all the talk was that he was leaving and he didn't dampen any of those rumours. Then he signs a new contract, was he given an indication who would or would not be in charge next season. I think we've reached a Paul Lambert stage that the players are not playing for the manager. Sherwood steps in, results pick up and they are in a cup final. Two wins in almost four months of football and the FA cup exit kind of proves that point. A good cup run was important to the fans but on that day the team never turned up. That to me is down to the Manager.

I personally think they will give him another year or 2 because they are confident in him keeping the club up. Sugo don't even care if the club progress. They just care about keeping the club in the Premiership which Sam will do. They know now that if they risk someone else coming in that we could end up as a Championship side going into the new stadium which would be embarassing

As I said on an earlier post, I fully expect Sam to get another contract as he has done everything that the Board required of him.The way we started the season was excellent and if not for injuries at the wrong times and to the wrong players, we would be safe in the top 8.Keep your Klopps and Bilic, Allardyce is the best man for the job. Now shoot me down............................

Thanks guys but I have got my Kevlar vest on. I sit in the Alpari upper and all of the people around me want Sam to stay. Its easy to knock the manager but just think, we dont spend fortunes like some of the other clubs, we dont even spend as much as QPR but we are safe in the top ten and I am still sure that with a few less injuries we would have made top 8.We have badly missed Andy Carroll and we have had Sakho, Valencia, Reid and Tompkins and Collins missing at some stage since Christmas. Our football before Christmas was some of the best we have played for years, especially in the wins over Man City and Liverpool.Next season we must stay in the top 10 to go into the Olympic Stadium as a top Premier League club so why would the owners take a chance on another manager?? Sorry guys but you will have Sam for at least another year. Boom!!!!!!

No need for the Kevlar vest, Jeff, I know there are people who think we should keep Sam. But after the last 4 months I think they are deluding themselves if they think he's guaranteed to keep us up. Our good spell was when we were not playing Sam Allardyce football, we play the way we have been since December for the last month of this season, and for the first 3 months of next season, we will be in the relegation places by next Christmas... and we will just have a bigger mess on our hands. He needs to go.

I think our performances - there has been one or two recent ones that haven't been great - overall have definitely improved.

One or two? Do me a favour! Does she attend matches? Think not!!! Improvement earlier in the season but shocking for weeks so why does she come out with that rubbish? Be honest Brady, rather than mugging us off it's not on in my opinion.

What did she say to make you think that? Cus I've started to get a bad feeling that this is going to be a repeat of last season, where they wanted to get rid, but were too cheap to do it.

Well Bully if you go into NEWS NOW on this site the interview is there. I just got the feeling that her comments felt like something you would say about a person that was about to leave the club. She said they have listened to the fans, that we were not as high in the league as we should be and that Sam had done everything that had asked of him. Maybe I'm reading it wrong.
