favourite pudding?

cold custard on its own is my all time favourite maybe a bit plain for some on this site but to me its my little bit of pudding heaven

The wife makes the best Banoffee Pie, love it. Boiling condensed milk still in their tins makes toffee. Who the hell first had the idea to do that and why?

No hole in the tins and boil for 3 hours, keeping the water topped up via the kettle.
