Well this one got my goat the second I saw it. Some Chelsea fat cat has asked each prem club for $250 grand so they can give Peter Scudamore a $5mill golden handshake when he steps down from the $2.5mill role as CEO of the Prem League, a role he's held for 19yrs.
Are you fucking serious???? How about those clubs give back $250grand to the fans, the lifeblood of the clubs and let this fat cat cnut slink off into the sunset with his ego to spend the money already pilfered.
This just beggars belief, but not quite as much as the clubs agreeing to it!!! Once again they prove how out of touch they are with their fan bases.
(excuse the $ sign, only English keyboards have pounds)

I heard he's already filled out forms for fis (family income support ),it's just not right what we are doing to these elite C E O s ,Seth Blatter springs to mind ,and why can't he go back to Riding horses lol

Think He should get just the Dildo I still haven't forgotten about how much money the FA drained from this club with Sheffield Utd / Tevez incident methinks this greedy bas&*D has had enough money out off this club in fines already

The Golden Days of Top Flight seems to have breezed by over the past decade. Look at the money grab that it has turned out to be. Less and less basic television coverage and gradual switching over to Premium Channels for separate trophies is now in the offing. Take the EUFA Champions League that was broadcast on the basic Canadian TSN or Sportsnet Channels in the past few seasons. Now you have to subscribe to some online site to watch it. The same with the Carabao Cup that is not even being broadcast on the Premium BEIN Channel, but another online Premium Channel. The FA Cup is heading that way as well. More and more of the Premier League matches are being switched to the Sportsnet World Premium Channel. But now this is the norm for all sports. I pay close to $100 (around 70 GBP) per month just so that I could watch all the West Ham Football games. Now I would have to shell out another $60 to see all those other matches. I feel for you guys in the UK who do not get any live West Ham Premier League matches, but now have to contribute to retiring CEO parting gifts.

And some people wonder why fans are falling out of love with the game. How does anyone in big business get such a big handshake of millions or even 100s of thousands? They trouser massive wages without such extras! It's obscene but the just don't have any conscience
