I think Slav could go on Saturday

G&S gave him 2 matches but I'm wondering if they meant 2 premier matches still I don't think this will matter we wont win on Sat and if we get battered on Sat night I can see Slav going on Monday. Funny thing 2 weeks ago we had a full squad but with Collins Fonte Byram Reed and Zabaleta suspended it don't look too good for us or Billick. It would be the perfect time for this with the International break coming up it would give a new manager to coach his players

Don't get my hopes up cast. I'm not falling for it. He now has an excuse of injuries! Point is, they need to now look if he IS worth an extended contract. If the answer is no then they have to get rid. If the answer is yes just do it! Surely they can not now think he might still be good enough for that contract extension! There can be no other reason than money. Paying him off (which can't be that much on six months left) and paying for the next one! If they get a freebie manager we will know where they stand. Surely they have paid off players more to get rid of them! Just remember the board are constantly literally PAYING for their stupid mistakes. That in itself brings a warmth to my heart! Are they guilty of false economy? I certainly believe they are exactly they type to practice it.

Will he or wont he stay,i just wish they would make a decision,all this "see how we get on in the next couple of games"" malarkey is nonsense imo...i doubt he would leave brighton,but for me chris hughton would be a good replacement...

Yes it's doing my head in too dave,so un professional,the tight gutless board should let us know were we stand,all this hearsay is no good for bilic and no good for us.

Slaven Bilic has defended his decision not to call up the kids (beyond Declan Rice) claiming this is not the moment to pitch them into action.

He has claimed: “At the moment, we have to stick with those experienced players who have to make it up and take us out of this situation. Then we have a great platform for the kids to play. It was always like that and it is the best way for them.”

Players look to the manager as a leader but looking at bilic they see a dead man walking so why bother putting in the effort for him...think its just us take a look at koeman everton players couldn't be arsed chelski with moanrino they got shot of him now they are upset with conte and rumour is abramovich has decided to sack him...with our board not backing bilic but clearly not wanting to pay out his contract and his staffs because then they have the added cost of the new mans contract and staff so they are just burying there heads in the sand hoping it goes away all the while we are spiraling down the league....look at villa look at sunderland look at QPR all clearly ignored there problems now struggling in the championship...yeah villa having a better season this time but if they come up a minimum of £100million would need spending just to stay up.....so with that in mind surely the two daves see that short term pain for long term gain is better than the other option....will bilic be gone after saturday regardless of the result who knows and unless sullivan has been interviewing people in secret ready to announce a new leader by monday i can only see bilic staying and us going down.

I've got to admit I'm not all that keen on Moyes and I cant Imagine him Geeing up the players at halftime. But if you got someone with some defensive pedigree may be Ferdinand or even Dicks or Sheringham on the backroom staff I'd be happy with that. I've supported West ham for a number of years been to OS a few times pretty clued up on west ham but how many of you out there could name Slaven Bilic's backroom staff apart from Julian Dicks. Oh and by the way I think Dicks is the mans Draw prediction was just a little Optimystic. So It's not all Bilics fault and I battled to name a man of the match and decided on Hart the rest were dogs shit. Its time now that the players stood up because they won't be able to blame Bilic or the board or the stadium they have to put some serious training in they absolutely left us for dead with that 1st goal and Fernandes was really knackered and just stopped running for a younger player to do that says a few things about our fitness Di Canio would not put up with it. And neither should we
