Sooner or later a catastrophic injury list and a lead player going AWOL was always going to impact on West Ham United sooner or later, in fact Hammers achievements of late have been nothing short of miraculous given the circumstances but this was another game too far for Manuel Pellegrini's beleagured squad. To have so many first team players missing through injury was bad enough, but to then have Marko Arnoutovic go 'all peacock' was the straw that broke a most resolute camel's back!

Unfortunately playing like camels is probably is an accurate description of Hammers' performance and sums up a lamentable application of 'Pelle's' game plan, Bournemouth were 'at it' from the get go and made the visitors look leggy throughout the game. Samir Nasri played well but the travails of the last two games seemed to have caught up with him, which is only to be expected given the massive amount of time that he has been out of the game.

This was not an inspiring performance and once again Bournemouth proved to be Hammers nemesis, there is no point in beating top opposition like Arsenal only to go and throw the impetus of success away by losing to a team that had barely managed a point in their last six games.

The sooner the 'Arnie' situation is resolved the better, because already the negative effect of having the 'main man' want out seems to be gaining ground. - Ed

The team we put out today should have been good enough to beat a side who were so LOW in confidence, having only won ONE point since the 22nd December!! ….AND what an IDEAL opportunity for the team to show how they can play without Arnautovic. Failed on both counts.

Been a crap week for Pellegrini and a very unsettled week for the team in general Arnie Is he staying going? -did he refuse to play at Bournemouth is he going to be fined? Notice the vote and up to now, nobody wants him to stay, so how do you think this affects the team?? of course, you know how fickle we are, if he stays and scores against Liverpool he will be the best thing since sliced bread Henandez has agreed on terms with Valencia, Perez is going to Real Betis, Obiang supposed to be on his way to Florentina so Pellegrini hasn't got to worry too much about the injury list its more about who will he be able to pick against Wolves- everybody's on an away day, Oh and we forgot about Antonio, who was going to Palace-lots of pressure and a potential banana skin against the Wombles a few more grey hairs Manuel Pellegrini, but I trust in him to pull this lot around and get us back on track
I know that I'm going to get slated here but I do not think, that if we turn this around we have a big enough squad for the Europa and so results like the Bournemouth game are disappointing but no big deal, we ain't going down lets have an FA cup run get rid off all the deadwood and get up to 9th or 10th and I will be a Happy Hammer

Awkward! It’s up to him now. He can sulk and lose his own worth or he can pick himself up and go again. I will be surprised if he can lift and maintain that over the rest of this season,if 1 was arnie i'd get a new brother ;)
