I loath to criticize any individual too much, I don't think there is anyone that has come out of this with any crowning glory....Everyone must stand up and be counted.

I missed a little of but what i did see is not 1 save from their keeper and also my worst fears being realized and that is we will become a laughingstock, there is something radially wrong at this club now i still believe a lot of it is this ground coupled with the owners egos, one blindind season in the prem and suddenly we're the new city or utd ,if the worst does happen and we go south i think there 's no coming back this time ,it will be worse than say Leeds wandering around the lower divisions like the ghost of Christmas past and the reason is clear ,7 to 10 thousand in a ground that holds 60

Agree with Essex I'm afriad. Anyone who blames the board for the shambles this season lives in denial. The team doesn't do the basics, it's not well organised and we still persevere with the players and foramation that isn't working. The definition stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results ! We can't blame refs or the board or even injuries that much. Bilic is solely at fault as he decides all of the above. I hope he sorts it but have a hunch he is outa his depth. I'm not even sure he knows how to put it right. The players are available to him even with injuries. Changes and attitudes need to be changed maybe even formations. As of yet bilic has chNged nothing this season to redress the problems.

I was gonna make a post on this but. How can anyone blame the board for signings. On paper every one of them signings shouldve improved the squad massively. Feghouli and Nordveit are both internationals who have played champions league regularly. More going on here. We need sakho and carroll back ASAP

If we are gona lump the ball forward down van dykes throat then yes we need Carroll back! Very worried about bilics comments on sites today as he puts it down to a lack of confidence! Looks like with that observation at this stage either we are going down or bilic will be sacked! Shocking comment for our lack of direction! Not only that Fred but if our signings were that poor surely it's corrected simply by using the old guard. I think we have the players, just need to be used correctly to get the best effective performance out of games. To many people are using cheap excuses for our loses. It's lazy to blame, the board, new signings, injuries or the move for our situation. It's up to bilic to get his head out of his arse and use the players that he doesn't even consider. Oxford, obiang, fernandes, even fletcher. Even Sullivan is saying decisions not going our way. Jeez you can't make it up.

I have to say after hearing Teary Henry tonight about the lengh of time it took Arsenal to settle in to the Emirates and also from Kevin Killbane on the same thing about a few clubs including Southampton ,im a little reassured

Its not the stadium though. Im getting a bit annoyed with the amount of people blaming the stadium for our poor start to the season. Not saying thats you Burkie but so many are its annoying. Also Henry may say it took them a while to get used to the emirates but they only lost one game there in there first season there and that was to us!

Lost the passion. Don't understand why,Reminds me of the dark old days thought we put them well behind us, Looks like they're coming back with a vengeance,it's scary to see in one summer how poor we have become. Defensively chaotic and appear completely lost up top :(

Apart from a penalty that should have been awarded to West Ham for hands that were stretched out, Adrian made some spectacular saves to keep the score down. What I cannot understand even when the scores were 0-0, were the chants that I could hear was from the away fans. The Southampton defenders were so much more alert than the West Ham defenders who were ball watching and casually strolling instead of watching the movement of the quick Southampton attackers. When West Ham were attacking there were just one or two players in the box who were surrounded by the Southampton defenders and all the long balls were won by the Southampton players. Zaza should be benched and really Antonio moved to centre forward. We need youngsters who can work hard and be more disciplined as the more experienced players do not have the pace or stamina. Payet and Noble were outpaced, while Lanzini constantly gave the ball away. Time for Bilic to come up with plan B, otherwise we will be serious relegation contenders although Sunderland and Stoke are in the same boat. So we are not Aston Villa yet but could be heading that way.

is easy to criticise, however under the circumstances, poor performance and injuries. Surly the plan should be not to loose rather then we must win???
