West Ham have finally added 'bubble' born defender Konstantinos Mavropanos from Stuttgart for a fee of €21 Million excluding add ons. Mavropanos has signed a five-year contract with the Irons and has taken the number 15 shirt. The 25-year-old was Arsene Wenger's last signing at Arsenal but endured a torrid time between 2018 and 2022 where he made just seven Premier League appearances.

According to Mucho Deporte in Spain, West Ham United need to present a higher proposal if they are to sign “very important” Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri, they report that the Hammers are at the front of the queue for the Moroccan international but would need to present a higher offer than the £27 Million they offered for him previously.

Those fans turning up for West Ham United's first home game of the season should be prepared for lengthy queues as security will be tight to say the least, the fact it is the first home game AND that it is against London rivals Chelsea WILL mean incredibly long waiting times to get in through the Stadium's 'security net'.

There is co-incidence and then there IS co-incidence, apologies for our conspiracy theory based comments but the timing of Paqueta's 'alleged' betting offence(s) revelation is just too suspicious to accept given the circumstances, the fact that the alleged bets were placed in Brazil in a West Ham United's sponsors Betway store is even more intriguing!

Strange but true, following the 'Maguire Impasse' it seems that 'Dithering Dave' has finally taken a shine to 'Ze German' as Hammers now appear to be full on in their pursuit of transfer targets furnished by Steidten, but equally as importantly also approved by his Dinosauriness!

With the Season only just started and the transfer window still open, talks of dodging a bullet might seem a bit dramatic, but that is exactly what appears to have happened to West Ham United in the last 24 Hours!

The club looked to have 'pulled the plug' on spending £30 Million with Manchester United for Harry Maguire due to the amount of time the deal has taken and the fact that there are STILL fiscal anomalies that have to be thrashed out between the player and his parent club.

Jesse Lingard, he who David Moyes pursued like a 'hapless teenager in love' is in training with West Ham and right in the Irons manager's cross hairs! Free agent Lingard who repeatedly rebuffed Moyes increasingly desperate attempts to sign him is now a free agent having left Forest at the end of a very unsuccessful year!

Hammers have finally completed the signing of midfielder James Ward-Prowse from Southampton for a fee thought to be in the region of £30 Million.The 28 year old England international has joined on a four year deal and looks set to make his debut against Chelsea this coming weekend.

"I'm buzzing to be here at West Ham United," said Ward-Prowse who joined Southampton at the age of eight and made 410 senior appearances as well as captaining the club, who were relegated to the Championship last season.
