I know you can't believe everything you read in the papers but according to The Independent Arnis Brother and agent has said that a player like Arni who is 29, and at his peak should not be fighting relegation battles, and should be going for medals and championships, and the alarming part of this is that Arnautovic has said that he has full confidence in his agent, So it looks to me as though he's been tapped up by a bigger club. I can't see WHU letting him go until the end of the season but it will be a shame to lose a player of his calibre, leave at any time, and if its in the next window when we are looking to pick up points from really winnable games it could spell really big trouble for us as it would really knock our confidence as we don't have anything like a decent striker to replace him Lets hope this is just a wind up and I am jumping the gun COYI

You can understand it,a player of his calibre wanting to win medals, and in the right team he would excel,he is doing wonders with us,it makes you think with all this Nasri business coming about though. If we cant hold onto him it would be a major set back for us to try and progress.

They say he goes to Man U, Mourinho plays with one up front so he really jumps ahead of Lukaku, Rashford and Martial? Squad player at best!

"Sits on the bench " dicksy not in my opinion ,I think he would get into any team in Europe ,at 29 he's still got massive potential

We'll have to differ on this one dicksy ,and for West Ham to slap a 60 mill price tag is ridiculous ,in today's market he's worth double that

absolutely! The board shows no loyalty to players, they have none for the club only fans stay loyal and we are supposed to be shocked! ... well.. most. Having said that, Man City fans haven't been this happy since they supported Chelsea :o)

Im not surprised, what I am surprised is that he has stayed this long.He probabaly has stayed to see how this new regime has worked, and he obviously isn't impressed with what he has seen, and the caliber he is playing with.

I agree, but look how he has come on with us,when he was at Stoke,i don't he was the force he is now, which is why the Mancs have come knocking.

Put on his twitter account Enough! and if he ain't had enough I think the fans have. On reflection, he did this last year and I feel WHU are being played by his agent to negotiate another deal. what we have got to think about is he is nearly thirty and we don't want another Andy Carrol situation and if Arnie goes to another team how much game time is he going to get

Its a thing of the past..of course noble bucks that trend but nowadays like managers everyone moves on after 2 years tops except for the fans that is.....the only thing that bothers me is if other clubs start sniffing around for other players thinking yup west ham a selling club..and the likes of Rice and Diopp come under closer scrutiny.....

£70k more than he is currently on and it has been confirmed that the story is true.....he is to be sold but not in January but the summer..good luck on the bench of any of those champ league sides wanting him.

He can get a regular place in loads of champions league teams, unfortunately none of those are likely to win it or even get semis. If he wants to join anyone of those he will need some warm clothes some of that stadia can get very drafty this time of year.

Why does everyone think he won't make a regular place in the top 5 ,spose he is thrown in at the deep end and scores a shed load of goals ?,could well be an even hotter property

Now Declan Rice maybe the other target for both Chelsea and Man United. Chelsea are considered to be favourites as Maurinho may not be given any new resources. Can West Ham United or even the WH Fans not sue teams like Chelsea when they are deliberately trying to upend the stability of a team by underhand means? West Ham are looking like they can finally stabilize their season, only to be torpedoed by such sleazy deals. Unless a player publicly admits that he wants to leave a club like Payet did so, why are the bigger teams trying to undermine the season for the teams lower down the ladder??? Should there not be definite rules such that once a player has signed a contract for a set period then, he should be obligated to adhere to the rules of that contract. Any club that are found guilty of violating those rules should not only be fined, but should have points deducted!!

Every club ours included cherry pick off of smaller clubs....the Rice story is just paper talk as for Arnie I have said it before we have to be like Leicester and say no not for sale at any price....they did it with Maguire who was being hunted by the top clubs and they meant it and kept him....but as we all no every player has a price not the buying clubs price but our price so if chelski came in with a bid say for Arnie say ok but we want loftus-cheek and drinkwater on top of the money....but at the end of the day players come and go whoever you support from non league clubs too champions league clubs all players move on.
