Obviously this new directive to referees includes Diego Costa getting booked for answering them back, then allowing him to commit ANY second yellow offence with impunity.
Refs......you are being watched!!!!!!!!!!

who would of sent him of is mike dean yeah he's like marmite but he takes no shit...look at yesterdays game against stoke two penalties for the carry ons we have got used to in the penalty area shirt pulling arm holding blocking off players when not looking at the play...bam pen pen refs been told to enforce this this season I hope it carries on as the players soon got the idea and when corners came in afterwards players concentrated more on the ball and not fouling an opponent and it made the game better imo
