State aid compensation?

Let us hope we have not breached any legalities here. £139million compnesation stated if we have fallen foul. There were other cases ie Barcelona or Real Madrid which didn't come to anything prviously. See article below.

Another reason to kick these European idiots into touch. I used to be in favour of staying in Europe, but what the Hell do we get out of it? We just get nameless foreigners telling us what to do. Sod them, roll on the referendum.

After the Tevez affair I would have assumed that West Ham inc would have had their lawyers go through everything with a fine tooth comb to make sure no mistakes can be made in any of their dealings. As regards the EU while some of their laws are a bit over the top I think the EU directives on worker rights have been a great help because governments in Britain and Ireland are the slowest at introducing these laws.
