The Sour Grapes Of Wrath And De Boer Gets The Bullet!

Ahead of tonight's critical match against Huddersfield Town, many Hammers fans will have enviously watched the beginning of the Swansea v Newcastle match. The home side featured two or three exciting players who could have, and maybe should have, signed for West Ham instead, Tammy Abrahams, Wilfred Bony and Renato Sanchez.
Swansea parted company with their talisman Gilfy Sigurdsson for massive money, so they weren't short of a few bob to pay out in wages, this is part of the 'Swansea' way, bring free transfer players in on huge wages and then flog the player off within a year or two for a vast profit, Andre Ayew anyone?

It is tempting to think what impact one or all of Tammy Abrahams, Wilfred Bony and Renato Sanchez would have at the London Stadium, but then again look what happened to their Swansea side at the Liberty Stadium against the Toon! New players take time to gel, especially if they get a needless red card during their 2nd match! With the way the media whips everything up to a frenzy Paul Clement will have to start looking over his shoulder, and it is the same case for many managers who are given less and less time in place nowadays.

The favourite to get the managerial sack was: Frank de Boer at 4/7 but now he's just been sacked by Palace! Top of the pile now is: Slaven Billic his odds were 5/2 followed by Rafael Benitez at 4/1. Who is to say that the managerial cull won't continue after this evening's match? If you fancy a flutter, matched betting might be the best route as it cuts out the extreme loss factor that can be inherent with individual bets, Profit Accumulator are highly recommended and represent the opportunity to exploit bookmakers introductory 'special offers', why not give them a go?

Three games in to the season West Ham prop up the league, De Boer only got four! But at least Hammers have scored a couple of goals, it is easy to forget that the opening fixture at the London Stadium last season ended in a very narrow and edgy 1-0 victory over newly promoted Bournemouth. On the plus side most of the squad are fit, although not fully fit when compared with most of the opposition! Manuel Lanzini was rushed back from injury too quickly and will not feature tonight, Andre Ayew is a doubt (some might say that description is too kind) and Edimilson Fernandez is definitely out. Winston Reid is available following his calf injury sustained during the warm up at St Mary's, and those perennial 'striking sick notes' Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho are both available, when was the last time that happened?

Huddersfield will arrive full of confidence and play with no fear, currently of the opinion that Hammers are there for the taking, somethings got to give! - Ed

Sakho and Carroll available, Lewin is a god!
