Following yesterday 'statement of intent' from beleaguered Hammers manager David Moyes the minuet of the details are beginning to seep out and West Ham fans will be cock a hoop when they see how the bigger picture is being planned.

Moyes' statement was conspicuous by it's absence from the club's official site and the term 'subject to conditions' has reared its smoke and mirrors head! What does it mean exactly? Well Moyes has been given an escape route that will allow him to leave the club with dignity as oppose to the ignominy of being sacked or let go.

Fans hoping that Moyes will be gone before the end of the season are more than likely to be very disappointed as the Board clearly have absolutely NO intention of parting ways with their manage before the end of the season.

The club cannot be relegated and are still in with a shout for progressing in the Europa League, however mentioning Still will also remind fans of one of the prime candidates to take over from Moyes.

The Stade Reims club have accepted the situation with some style, Will Still has openly admitted that he is a West Ham supporter, and in a recent interviews claimed that he is open to managing a club in the Premier League, with West Ham his preferred destination.

That caused a bit of drama in France, but Stade Reims director Mathieu Lacour has now jumped to Still’s defence and claimed that he would actually be proud if his manager left them to take over the West Ham job, so that route could be clearly open.
Thomas Tuchel is most people's choice but he may well be holding out for a 'higher profile' position at Barcelona instead, although it would mean him working under very tight financial conditions.

Whatever way you look at it, Moyes 'last stand' speech was definitely 'Custeronian'! Full of intent but with little content, Will Still be part of Moyes' exit plan? You betcha! - Ed

What is this sodding love fest with Potter? If he is so great, how come he is still out of a job? Look at the improvement in Brighton since he left. Football has massively improved and if you're going to put up with "Potterball" you might as well stick with Moyes. The similarities don't end there either. Moyes went to cash laden Man Utd, tried to take his crap style of football over there and crashed and burned. Potter went to Chelsea, had even more money and talent, same shit football style.......crashed and burned.
Guys, wake up smell the coffee, Potter will not be taking us anywhere. He'sjust a younger looking dinosaur

Personally I think Potter was unfortunate at Chelsea. Even Poch has had his issues there. Got a Chairman playing Football Manager. Think it was an impossibe job. Potter is proven sround the level West Ham operate.

Tuchel wouldnt be bad,but cant see him coming to us,Carrick would be good,he knows the club, knows what we are about, had some experience with boro, and young enough to give the club time and to build a team, like Arteta at the Arse

and had a good run last season but where are Birmingham now, mid table and not finding any answers, sorry but I don’t thing there are many in England that will take us to the next level. For me it’s either Tuchel, Stot or Almorin, all play exciting football, are supposed to be really good man managers and building a great reputation.

Is Moyes stays till the summer the club thank him for his service and now start looking for a new manager which will drag on because of the Euros this summer and by time we stop fannying about and appoint someone the transfer window will be nearly shut.

So i pray for once that Sullivan gets his head out of the new bit of stuffs cleavage and has the new manager signed and sealed so as Moyes goes out the exit door incomes the new man.

The way West Ham are currently performing, unless they improve significantly we could be fried by Freiburg in the Europa League Cup. All will depend on the Brentford game on Monday. My feeling is, if we cannot score or even get a sour goalless draw, then Moyes may say that his time is up and decide to resign. Interesting to see if he decides to throw the kitchen sink in the mix and take the game to Brentford or stick to his usual attack vs defence and score on the break plan. All the teams in the Premier Division have sussed out his game plan!!
