Jarrod Bowen receiving his long overdue England call up is good news for the player and for the club's kudos, but that is about that from the positive front because as all long suffering Hammers fans are only too painfully aware, West Ham players have a great deal of 'history' when it comes to beng injured playing for England!

West Ham United have officially confirmed that Stuart Pearce has made the decision to step down from his role as First Team Coach. Pearce, or Psycho as he is more commonly known to fans said: “It is with a heavy heart that I have made this decision to leave West Ham United. It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work at the Club over the past two years, but I have decided that now is the right time to step away and pursue other opportunities and challenges.

Which was worse? Manchester United getting the 'coveted' sixth place in the Premier League that entitles them to play in the Europa League Cup as a direct result of Hammers losing 3-1 against Brighton on the final day of the Premier League, or Tottingham managing to claw their way into the Champions League places?

How Many More Out The Door?

Ryan Fredericks, Andriy Yarmolenko, Mark Noble AND how many more will be out the door when the transfer window opens? Fredericks, Noble and Yarmolenko are definitely leaving the club as their respective contracts end, with the exception of Noble the club do hold the option to extend the contracts by a further year but will not be exercising that facility.

As the club ponder what exactly to do with Nikola Vlasic, news is emerging that the Irons are showing interest in acquiring one time target Moise Kean in a complicated deal from Everton via Juventus. Keen is currently half way through a two year loan deal from Everton to Juve who are obliged to then make the deal permanent for €28 Million. They are however reluctant to retain the striker next season and are actively seeking to send him back to the Premier League, in order circumnavigate their obligation to buy him from Everton.

Nikola Vlasic's underwhelming first season with West Ham has had many fans questioning why the club paid CSK Moscow just shy of £30 Million for the player, well the fact of the matter is that Hammers HAVE NOT paid anywhere near that amount, in fact Hammers have paid less than £5 Million so far and are currently under NO obligation to pay anymore until Russian forces withdraw from the Ukraine!

Whenever a decent striker comes on the market West Ham are somehow temporarily 'linked' with the player, until they make a big money move to another club. This has been the case for a litany of transfer targets in recent windows, but that might be all about to change!

According to Italian newspaper La Stampa, Belotti is facing an uncertain next few days on his future due to his unwillingness to sign the new contract he has on offer from his present club Torino, in fact he has been given only until the end of the weekend to make his mind up.

Mark 'Mr West Ham' Noble's illustrious playing career will come to a close next week at the Amex Stadium in the game against Brighton, having already experienced his 'going away party' in Stratford on Sunday fans can expect more sanguine Noble as the reality kicks in that he will no longer be able to don the claret & blue and strut his stuff for the club that has been central to virtually his entire life.
