Hoping he would give that jersey to the little fella, he did of course and I'm thinking could this bloke be a legend like my man Brooking, I wear my colours everywhere where Brooking's name is ALWAYS on my shirt - Flipping heck it was my (other) man Slaven Bilic (and fair play Sullivan & Gold) that's made me believe..My God we are a different side these days, Fkg hell, c'mon YOU IRONS!

Looked brilliant going forward, but got to give Collins a mention. So assured at the back, won everything, didn't put a foot wrong.

I thought for me noble was man of the match. Ok Payet stole the headlines but nobles once again driven the team after a rocky start. Saw the interview after the game, they asked noble what Payet was like. Without thought perfect timing he said "rubbish!" Ha ha. Shows the stupid questions they ask.

Good shout Red - Looked like he knew what it would be like to be up for a scrap...He really is Mr. West Ham without a doubt, never doubted it either!

I felt for all the world like I was watching from the wrong side of the universe. How many times have I seen West Ham play like Rovers did today -- go a goal up against a better team, then shoot yourself in the foot by giving away a free kick in a dangerous location, then come back after the interval with some vitality only to have a sending off ruin the cup tie. And for once West Ham looked like one of those Premier League sides that never has to fear being behind -- such is the quality in the side. Reminded me of a match we were winning 2-0 against Manure at the half and ended up losing 4-2. Such was our dominance. The team really looks to be gelling. Props to Emmenike for his brace, Dimi Payet MOTM, Antonio (what a find!), Cresswell, Moses, Noble, Collins -- very professional performance. Hope Kouyate's red card can be rescinded; he's a big part of our pace and verve. (Don't think he was offside for his goal either --must feel he had an unlucky day). COYintothequarterfinalsI!!!!!

The way we started, I thought it was a going to be a hard struggle with only 20% possession and a goal down. But give the team a lot of credit with their composure and the manner in which they destroyed Blackburn. Eminneke finally has redeemed himself and love his skills and the calmness in which he netted two well taken goals. But Payet, what can I say. The magician in the premier league. His set piece goal and solo effort makes him definitely the best player in the premier division. The Manager of the French team needs to be fired for not selecting Payet. Even Barcelona would want a player like him in their squad. So Man United, Arsenal, Chelsea, all of you take a hike as you wont get him in your squad. The only sour grapes was Kouyate's sending off. This nutcase of a referee should have given a yellow at the most as Kouyate was pulling back from that tackle, which was also a loose ball after that touch by the Blackburn player. Randolh was a favourite to collect that ball. But Lanzini looks like a great replacement and I think that the combination with Payet, Eminneke, Moses, Antonio and Noble are good enough to destroy Sunderland.

Cant remember the last time I sat down to watch the best team in the world with confidence that we would win, even after we went 1 down it did not not change my opinion (we would win). Shame the ref (as always) was a twat and the red card should be rescinded. I know they were poor but we were fucking fantastic.

In my view, they will falter. They have a great team, there's no doubt, but they are showing signs of tiredness and losing form. We, on the other hand, are about to hit our stride. Unfortunately, I still think Spurs will finish above us, but I think it will be: Arsenal, Leicester, Man City, Spurs, West Ham. But you never know -- Pellegrini has clearly thrown in the towel, and why not -- he's already gone next season. And Leicester may falter at some point. Could a top four spot be ours? We can dream!!!

Must admit after their goal it didn't feel like we would lose very unlike West Ham! Missus saw the report on teletext and said that Payet scored some the other day he seems alright, I think you should keep him!! No sh1t Sherlock

Even if we get Shrewsbury away, which I think is pretty unlikely. They'd string up Van Gaal by his proverbials if they lose that one. But Manure can be beaten. The team I would fear most in the cup now is Chelsea -- they have no hope of European football unless they win the Cup.

It was a 200 mile round trip to Ewood park today ( my first visit ) and with 7,200 hammers as company it was worth every mile on the M6..I was surprised to se so many empty seats for the home side with it being a cup match ( 18,793 ) minus 7,200 of us ...just over 11,500 . So sad to see...

Most has been written about the game on here, if Payet can stay long tern at this club he will become one of the greats that's coming from fan from the old school, just watching him practise free kicks just outside the box before the start was a joy, and when he lined up for the 1st goal I knew inside me this was going in...It was nice to see Lanzini back on the playing field.
Getting the back end of the Spuds game on the motorway on the way back made the journey even better. As for the draw who ever we get after Monday nights game, the fear factor has long gone at Manure, and just this minute a Man U fan has text me to say I hope we lose Monday night so we can get rid of the clown.........BRING IT ON....

Me and a mini bus of lads from Glasgow headed to Blackburn, disappointed with the first 20 minutes but delighted after that. The team had a real determination to destroy the opposition and destroy we did. That second half performance was something else. The more we passed and moved the more Rovers players heads dropped. Yes Rovers were poor but several positives and here goes .. 2 goals for Emenike (confidence booster), a goal for Moses (another confidence booster) , after going 0-1 down the heads picked up! Passing with confidence ! Ginge (IMO the best player from Wales we have ever had..again solid and dependable. Set pieces that would cause any defence problems. The support an absolute pleasure to be among 7,200 travelling supporters who gave their all and at a goal down drowned out the home support. Finally a nice touch from Payet gifting his shirt to a fan, class act from a class player after a class performance.
