Will someone explain to me how that line up works? Ridiculous, unbalanced, Summerville and Ze German on the bench. No cutting thrust false 9 bollox and where exactly is pacqueta playing. Obviously we'll win now!!

Mavrapanos worries me. Too clumsy. Accident waiting to happen. Wan B at Left Back tonight. If this team go 1 down it could be Arsenal again.

Not a word used everyday but well seeing that line up all i can think is Loppy trying to get fired tonight.
not even going to attempt to work it out i shall just sit here and wait for the carnage to happen.

Bournemouth very attacking and pacey. El Tapas Twatas must have his donkey fired up in the car park ready to ride off into the sunset!!

Apart from that late save Fab made we have been relatively solid at the back...for me Kudus has held onto the ball a little to long when a pass is on otherwise with a little more belief the games there for us if we believe

But pleased overall with the performance specially from Fab....and i have to say well done Loppy for making the correct Sub at the back as Coufal was clearly getting targeted in that second half and bringing Scarles on and moveing AWB back over was a big help...also Taking alvarez off was just to avoid any late card drama whether he liked it or not that was proper game management IMO. Citeh Gooners Spuds all suffered there and withstanding late heavy pressure showed that the team does have fight in it again dissapointed not to get the win but most of us expected a battering so a points better than none.

More in hope than expectation regards a positive result.
However 1-1 was in my opinion a fair result, some will say the penalty was soft but hand ball is hand ball .... the ref and VAR officials certainly thought so.
Not much could be done about the equaliser but Fab was excellent and has proved his worth. Defence much more solid though still conceding silly free kicks.
Worrying though was not being able keep possession and build any real momentum. In the end 1-1 against a side that had won their last 3 was far more positive than negative.

at last the team played as a team and a draw away, well the way we have been lately that was an improvement lets see against Brighton what happens and then reassess c.o.y.i

Signs of improvement. Maybe the team is slowly geling together. We seem to be stopping the rot gradually. Maybe the whole Antonio situation has brought them closer?

We've had strikers on the pitch like Haller, Scamacca,, and yes even Ings, and they just weren't getting the service. Now we have Kudus, Somerville, Coufal, Wan Bissaka, sometimes Bowen, pinging in the crosses and our strikers are sitting on the bench!
