Thank fuck he’s going. I wouldn’t care if we lost 10-0 if we at least had a go. WHY be so defensive? It was great when we stopped Utd from winning the league. Of course….he’s Scottish and never forgiven us for stopping Fergie.

Hasn't done us much good so far. Whether thats down to a static manager or not remains to be seen although it is rather odd that most of our "rejects" seem to do well on leaving.Until the kids are put in then we can't comment on whether our Academy is still producing future England internationals. Mubama hasn't exactly impressed and to be perfectly honest I don't know much about Lopetegui other from what I've read. Does he promote youngsters?
He's not a preferred choice of mine, but I certainly do not expect miracles from him. Moyes has not left a good foundation to build from, the attack is f*cked, the defence is shot and as far as goalkeepers go, West Ham have a history of a string of top rated goalkeepers. With Fabs retiring/relegated to the bench, that's an issue which also needs addressing because Areola is not the answer there. Midfield probably ok, Flynn will be back, maybe Benni too and the likes of Kudus, Bowen Alvarez and JWP may be the base to start from.
Who knows, but we certainly need to give the new boss a fair crack of the whip. So do the board.

Well said Deluded,i agree on the players to keep,and Areola is not in the same league as Fab,bring in the youth with the players we keep,we were renowned for that once,spending good money on some half way player and hoping for the best,i mean Paqueta,i would get rid.

Its called building a team,start filtering in the yougsters,we arent Man City,even if we had excess money,we just cant attract,thats probably down to whos running the place.
