All of West Ham's European Championship players have so far shone for their respective teams, following on from Declan Rice and Andriy Yarmolenko's performances, Hammers Czech duo, Vladimir Coufal and Tomas Soucek were instrumental in overcoming Scotland 2-0 at Hamden Park, with the former providing the cross for the Czech Republic's first goal.
As if to rub salt in to Scottish wounds the scorer of the first goal, Patrik Schick, then followed that with an unbelievably spectacular shot from just past the half way line that sailed over the head of the stranded Scottish keeper and in to the net.
We'll leave the 'Scots' post mortem to those who have been 'severely' impacted by it, but England fans shouldn't feel smug too soon, Firstly the result will mean the Scots HAVE to try and win at Wembley, and secondly the game showed that the Czechs are no mugs and will definitely give England a game.
Now, when it does come to that game, Hammers fans will have the relatively unique experience of supporting England and Declan Rice, but at the same time 'appreciating' the efforts of Tomas Soucek and Vlad 'the impaler' Coufal! How long has it been since Hammers fans have been able to watch these type of top International tournaments, and actually see some of their players, instead of ex-players, being lauded by the pundits across the board?
It is to be hoped that all of the club's players have good tournaments and avoid injury, especially Andriy Yarmolenko, who has already shown what a good player he can be, but not for West Ham! If he keeps on playing the way he started, their will definitely be a few takers for his talented, but really expensive, services.
Elsewhere 'Arnie' showed what a handful he can be, both on and off the pitch, we're not sure if his snarling anger would be that good for West Ham if by some chance he did return to the club, play with passion and 'metered' aggression, but his 'display' showed that he had completely lost it, he did look physically fit though.
David Moyes will be keeping a keen eye on his players, but an even keener eye on some of his potential transfer targets, many of which he will have already made his mind up about, but he is cautious in the market and likes to do his due diligence, which makes such a refreshing change as opposed to the old 'scatter gun' approach adopted by the owners in the past. -Ed

Scottish hopes dashed
Errr was there any doubt ever:-) and we will smash them Friday night to add to there woes......but i agree it is good news if Yarma keeps it up hopefully we will get money for him and off the wage bill which will be a huge help.
Just think what Moysie can do
Just think what Moysie can do, not only with the proceeds from a Yarmo sale, even if it only raises £5 Million, but with the £115,000 per week saved in wages.
These tournaments always
These tournaments always uncover a gem or two, be interesting to see who comes out of it. I suspect there will be a few arriving in the Premier League soon.
So far the Inter Milan Slovak defender stands out Skrinear or something, I'll call him Jeff for short?
