Jesse Lingard turned up at a pub to watch the England v Crotia match in good spirits, despite having missed the cut for the final England squad. His choice of clothing was 'interesting', he chose to wear an England shirt with Rice and the number 4 on the back, Oh and a PARROT on his shoulder!
Perhaps the Parrot was some kind of subliminal message, because those bastions of thorough reporting, the Sun, have concluded that Jesse Lingard wants to STAY at Manchester United, rather than join West Ham permanently following his incredibly successful loan spell at The London Stadium.
It should be noted that the 'comments' Lingard supposedly made to 'Cafe Ole', were attributed to a conversation that Jesse had with the Manchester United manager BEFORE he went out on loan, and as such have absolutely NO substance. We have had to resort to the use of capital letters in order to highlight what a bunch of unvalidated crap the Sun spews out on a regular basis.
The other red tops aren't that much better, but it is the Sun that takes the mantle as the worst of the worst when it comes to rumour and speculation, their 'scoop' is about as up to date as a Netscape browser, and their attention to detail as accurate as Dominic Cumming's memory!
Rather than believe the Sun's message to their puppet masters, fans are more likely to seek the truth elsewhere, in fact virtually anywhere except for the Murdoch Mammaries Media platform. Lazy journalism is one thing, but complete farce is another, ask any Liverpool fan what they think of the Sun, and what they would use the paper for? Perhaps it was the Parrot that had been talking with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer that the Sun was reporting about- Ed

Here Here Nev.....
I'm still shocked to find out that the S*n is still being published. That publication is so far away from anything remotely connected to news, that Murdoch should not only be prosecuted, but should be strapped to a rocket and sent on a one-way journey to Jupitor.
It's right that the S*n is banned in the city of Liverpool......and a good piece of advice for anyone travelling to that city..... Don't get caught with a copy of that rag on your person.
Whenever I have seen anyone with that rag.. I immediately feel sorry for them because it says so much about the sad individual.
Murdoch should have been
Murdoch should have been thrown out of the business for what that rag published in 89.

True story. I was on Holiday
True story. I was on Holiday back in 2017 in the Caribbean. As a man in my late 50's I met this Scouse fellow of a similar age. He was the biggest Stranglers fan I've ever met and a staunch red. He had a different Stranglers T Shirt on every night and had seen them live over 50 times, thats some fan. We are talking 1976 to then.
Anyway this is getting a bit Ronnie Corbett like now. I was talking to him about there music as an ex punk myself. His Mrs and mine were talking about woo woos or something. I asked what his favourite song was by them he said Duchess. I said I was a fan of Always the Sun, straight away he said I don't like that one, never have. It only dawned on me some time later the connotations of the Liverpool references. So even something like that was frowned upon by a staunch Liverpool supporter.
Believe it or not
I don't want us to be so focused on getting Lingard in at the expense of other signings......as for that paper like others say best use is as bog roll
Just watching the sweatys v
