As games go a 0-0 draw in the Barclays Premier League is not to be sniffed at, especially if if it is attained at the 'theatre of dreams or old Trafford! A severely depleted West Ham team went into the supposed jaws of death that was Man utd, however, all was not as it was supposed to be, and despite any comments made by the 'face lift' man , Hammers hit the woodwork twice and were unlucky to be be denied what would have been an incredible run of away victories against all of the top Premier League clubs.- ed

I agree, Nev. We were closer to winning it.
Love the comment about 'face lift' man. Glad that 'hair plug' man didn't play -- he usually scores against us. Unfortunately, 'red card' man didn't produce the card he should have given against 'SS' man. That's a second time a team has gotten away with insufficient punishment against us. For all that, a good point, and as you say, from a side really depleted due to injuries. Although it is likely we will be in 8th by the end of the weekend, there is still plenty of reason for optimism about West Ham this season.

Hammers , the manua were bood off at old Trafford
Yeah, Aw what a shame must be
Yeah, Aw what a shame must be so hard for the poor darlings,it never entered their heads they should have been 2 players light, and on the end of a thrashing, must be so hard for em :)
Agreed except
West Ham have to start winning again. The home game against a Stoke side that spanked Man City will not be a pushover. Injuries or not Man United were also a depleted squad, and I agree that West Ham deserved to take all three points. Lanzini's injury seemed to be a big blow, however West Ham performed well especially in defence. I may be the only one who thought that Song performed really well and held the ball when it seemed like he was surrounded by two or three players.
Totally
agree with you there Nev. Was fearing the worst BEFORE Lanzini's injury. Wish they could do that EVERY week ! They'd certainly win more than they lose.
I enjoyed the game
thought the commitment was good and we could have taken all three points.

As 0.0 draws go a very entertaining game, and adrians first clean sheet since the asrewipes the dirty boy lol,but still can't help feeling frustrated that we let the mancs and brom off the hook, our team is making me feel a little spoilt these days :))
I was at Old Trafford, good
I was at Old Trafford, good to say our fans were brilliant and in full voice! over 70,000 Man U fans and hardly a peep (well except when the few remaining at the final whistle booed them off the pitch) certainly a game we could have won and indeed been 3 up within 30 mins, not only that it could have been 4 before they got a shot on target! Could easily have been worse and if we had lost it would have been an injustice but 10 points out of 12 against last seasons top 4 (7 of those away) when was the last time that happened if ever?
