We will end up with some African striker who has scored about 3 goals. Probably playing in the French League. He will not be fit for purpose but will be a bargain £15 million. Nothing changes!

Very worrying, appreciate the Jan window is difficult to move people at a market rate but if we are serious about European footie next season (not even Champions League) and keeping Dec, the new Czech Mate needs to react quickly. A lot of people think this is one off season and we need to make hay while the sun shines!

Agree 65 about the Beast, we have done well to have him for so long!

The CF business should have been done last Summer
Bloody joke with the amount of games coming up if we do well in the cups.

I'll be so glad when February comes, if i have to listen or read " west ham track young French star " or " west ham to bring promising Champs star to the London stadium "or anything about Jessie Lingard or that Chelsea goalscorer who cant make their bench , i swear I'll emigrate to Ukraine.

Looks like the Reims 19 year old striker Hugo Ekitike maybe the first signing. He has racked up 8 goals for them this season. However, I understand that he also hit a record 2 red cards this season. Well Moyes will have his hands full if this deal goes through!!

Delighted he's not coming to us. Anyone that prefers a relegation battle rather than a team in Europe in the Top Half of the league playing infront of 60K odd is in it purely for the money... so no thanks.... and good night.

LS toxic? Really? First 3 seasons yes but I dont believe thats the case now. Even when Leeds went 3-2 up the fans stayed and that never happened in the past. Less and less popcorn munching tourists ..... That last point was for 65 :o)

Another potential signing gone! Phillips to Bournemouth. Even Defoe has found someone lol. It's such a shame that the club has allowed this situation to happen. Looks like the Czech investor may have done his bollocks.

Mr Moyes is now walking a tightrope with our squad as i write he has failed to sign any player in this window and i cannot be the only one who is waiting for the moment the window shuts for Antonios hamstrings to ping and then what? for all that he has done for our club his lack of movement in this window could end up costing this club big time in the summer.

To say there is nobody available who can better the squad is nonsense are you seriously trying to say to fans that you cannot find anyone better than Arthur/Yarma/Fredericks? stop being so blinkered and stubborn and great to see Mr Newman is being paid to do sweet f.a.

We had a chance like no other to really push on but sadly all i see now is the games getting to the players and the size of the squad will not be able to cope with injuries and if we fail to qualify for a european place at the end of the season then we can kiss goodbye to the likes of Rice and Bowen this summer be assured of that.

So no signings it appears and the last couple of days ridiculous stories of £50/60 million bids for player but just not enough time to get them done....lol got to laugh and no not at the board but at moyes..i do not mind a manager being careful but he's been in the game long enough to no you stand still your dead other clubs will pass you by and whats going to be the excuse? we just could not find anyone who could improve on what we have....BOLLOCKS mate plenty out there but its your decision and your neck on the block.....a season with much promise i fear could spiral to a mid table finish with injuries we can not cope with its a shame that the chance we had to grasp the nettle was not taken.
