Yes we did not play well. We also didn't get the rub of the green. Did we deserve to lose? Probably.

My loathing of VAR however, has gone stratospheric. Since when did slipping not constitute an infringement? Especially in the penalty area. Absolute madness. I understand when they draw the lines for offside although I openly despise that.

But now you have 2 refs using subjective decision making. This is not why VAR was introduced. However it's now grown into a juggernaut of subjective inconsistency.

I have truly fallen out of love with the modern game. It's just shit!!

I predicted this outcome before the Brentford game. Spurs will be unrecognisable now and do a Leeds on a surge. This is it!

Spurs 2-1 win over Villa means we are getting closer to doom and gloom. I agree with the very poor officiating especially as Brentford's first goal should have been ruled out. The goal was initially awarded to the Brentford player. But I noticed right away that it was Mav who almost cleared the ball, but his ankle was caught, resulting in a diversion to the underside of the top post. Why did VAR not scrutinize it more closely? We have seen Soucek racing to head the corners into the net. He was trying to make it to the ball, and the defender had both his arms wrapped around him preventing him from getting there. 100% a penalty. The Referee should have been summoned to the VAR to watch the replay. Also taking a player down in the box whether you slipped or not is a penalty. Have seen fouls been given all the time up the pitch, with even cards being dished out. What makes this an exception? Now prior to the 3rd Brentford goal being scored, there was a rash challenge just outside the Brentford box on Pablo. That eventually resulted in a goal though there was some poor defending by both Bissaka and Fernandes. VAR should have gone back to take a look at that tackle as although the ball was won, the follow through should have been taken into account. Sounds like this game was rigged. Especially now with the Villa side make so many changes to their lineup against Spurs. They were "resting" players for their reverse fixture against Nottingham Forest!!

West ham always lets themselves down at the wrong time lets be really honest we have skirted relegation for a few seasons now plus the awful decisions sullivan has made regarding employing crap managers,we need to accept our players talk the talk when we have lost but they don't walk the walk on the pitch.We should not be in this position really but if we get relegated nuno should take a lot of blame through his poor decisions on keep fielding players that are not performing and does not set up an attacking side bowen should never have been made captain he's carrying to much pressure and his game has gone downwards.If relegated big clear out let nuno go either give paco a crack or perhaps try scott parker both are attack minded coaches.

I for one think we didnt do that bad Saturday,we lost yes,but went out at them,because if them goals went in that hit the woodwork we would of got something,it would of changed the dynamics of the game,and then the dissalowed goal we would of won,i just hope we go at the Arse the same,spurs have leeds,they definitely wont hold back,and want to sink any southern club,yes we are to blame for where we are,but we did have two managers that didnt help,i have faith in Nuno.

Luno took an age to realise his best team and set a pattern, De Zerbi has done it in three games with a tranche of injuries! He had stupid experiments, swapping full back positions and playing two of the slowest prem players together Slowczech and Jocko in midfield, numerous occasions where he tried to see out a game with defensive tactics only to lose the game and Saturday... Takes of Taty who was on fire and leaves Pablo on!

We are now looking for the miracles as seen at Spudz, incredible turn around mainly based on attitude, fight, vitality, pace etc. I watched the whole Villa game, yes Villa were appalling but I highlight Conner Gallagher. Debut against us he was hopeless, same in future games until De Zerbi turns up. Now... hes a man possessed!!! running, tackling, ball winning, closing down, shooting etc etc

I think the game has changed, we need three wins... Arse, Barcodes and Leeds... Not gunna happen.

I think we will be better next season in the Chumps. Sullivan arrested, Luno gone, Big Stars gone, Tourists gone... back to basics with Parker in charge. I might even get a season ticket!!!
