Needed dropping to the bench minimum he has not been great in recent matches and yes that can be said for most of the team but no Ogbonna(his handbag moment with Noble reason?) and Reid back with Antonio on the bench yet again playing safe at home

Another poor performance ,it's painful now watching the performances.Team spirit is shot with no clear style of play .The players are not giving their best ,60-70% at best, because they have not bought into Pellegrini's system of play.Week after week we have to watch these displays and how much longer the board can tolerate the situation is baffling.Relegation fight is now definitely on,and unless the board bring in a high profile ,maybe ex Westham player connection the uplift will not come.I just cannot see them fighting for the cause if its someone like Moyes or Hughton is brought in..These players are so low on confidence it needs a respected inspiring coach, someone like Redknapp with Ferdinand as his No.2 to see out the season, give the fans a lift as well

And as much as I cant stand this board pel couldn't go on any longer. As ausiron states above I wouldn't be surprised if noble is player manager for a couple of games.at least he will stick a rocket up the arse of some of our players

"It has been a pleasure to work with someone of his calibre' why not just admit you got it wrong yet again!!
If its Moyes fair enough - anyone is a better option than pel,the real problem that needs addressing is these owners & unless fans vote with their feet they will go nowhere!
