Got to agree with that.
A young man needs exposure to the game not a three year holiday. He needs to see out his contract, with West Ham and sign another to gone on and play even better. At that point he will have earned the right to take their money. That way he won't get forgotten and will stand every chance of playing.

Problem
If we can't keep hold of the talent like him we will never get higher than 7 or 8, for us to move on we have to hang on the likes of Cresswell. Big clubs just take them and they are used very little then come back to us when they are past it.
