Another incredibly frustrating game. Played excellently and deserved more than what we actually got :(

Deserved a draw, much better performance. If we had that on Saturday we probably have got a win. Dare I say it Carroll would have been a good second attacking option tonight with all those crosses . Play like that and we will pick up more points. If only we could stop this good day bad day when it comes to form.

Very encouraging

I would have chalked this down as a difficult to Impossible game to get even a point from but fair play to the lads they played well.

Just hope they carry on with the same intensity and togetherness in the next game, though the negativity might be getting to the players from constantly coming out of games with nowt.

Tonight

I didn't go but just finished watching the extended highlights on Sky. I can't believe we could produce such a fantastic performance, finishing apart, after the pile of crap on Saturday. Very disappointing not to at least get a point and a special mention to Kevin Nolan as he played better than I have seen him play for a couple of seasons, is Fred back on the org yet?

still a long way from good

Nolan is still a long way from good enough though antkb, although Downing had a very good game i still think the tip of the diamond is his natural position , bring in Amal instead of Nolan and youve got all the tweaking you need , just another word about Kevin Nolan ,you he's the club captain , you cant keep bringing him on ,hauling him off and dropping him from the team , at this stage in their carriers captains should be turning into legends, Nolan is far from that status , in fact i would go so far as to say his continuing presents at west ham is device f

Agree about every other game but

I watched him closely in the extended highlights and he did have a very good game. I was shocked when Ollie came running downstairs to tell me, in utter shock and moaning, that he was playing as I agree with you that he is a long way from good. We have to think about the future and in doing so we surely won't be seeing him as club captain next season.
