Y'know, most people seem convinced that Reidy is definitely going to move in the summer (including myself earlier in the season!). But I actually now think that he is still truly weighing up his options (as he has said more than once). I think little things may well affect his decision: like Tonka signing a new contract; like the growing possibility of Song staying; like the fact we kept all our top players in the transfer window. Maybe it's just wishful thinking, and I still think the likelihood is that he will move elsewhere... but I'm less sure about that now than I was a few months ago...

I think it's great that a player like him wants to commit his future to the club, I just hope many more follow suit. Tomka has been a good servant to the club and although he has his dodgy days, on the whole, he does a pretty good job. I think Tomka will be more of a squad player than a regular starter though, especially if we want to push for the European places over the next few years.

All players have dodgy days. The position he plays isn't one that is mastered at a young age, and he has been improving year on year. let's hope he continues his improvement, then who knows what he can achieve...
