Moroccan-roll With Italy Battling It Out

Submitted by Louis Nixon on Sat, 21/06/2025 - 10:17

It won’t come as a surprise to many that Nayef Aguerd’s exit is imminent and it would be a huge surprise if he was at West Ham come the start of next season, despite Graham Potter wanting to use the Moroccan international in the squad.

After claiming that the Hammers were after £35,000,000 for Aguerd back in the January window, now we’ve slashed our asking price to just £20,000,000 which has led to a plethora of clubs interested, primarily from Italy with Roma & Juventus at the forefront of that.

Most recently, Roma have presented an offer to West Ham but it will be rejected due to it not matching what the club want, yet they’re expected to maintain interest.

Juventus are also interested and are willing to offer Daniele Rugani in part of the deal but surprisingly despite the Italian suiting the profile of older and slower player, we are not interested in him… if this was 3 years ago then we might’ve been saying otherwise.

Brief interest from Bayern Leverkusen as well as Real Sociedad is also apparent, but with Leverkusen signing two central defenders, as well as the Italian sides appealing more to Aguerd than Spain, it seems like we’ll soon have to accept what we’re given.

Half the world of Football know that West Ham are in a sell-to-buy position because off Sully’s mouthpieces, it puts us in a position of vulnerability and one in which we can be extorted by others beyond belief.

Times ticking West Ham.

The Marrakesh muppet is starting to get on my tits. But not as much as Midget porn and the gang. I see we are favourites for relegation this season. It's easy to see why!!

What's it with sullivan the midget and a brain to match all the spill that comes out from his mouthpieces, surely if they have half a brain they would keep silent like most clubs do and get on with the business of selling and buying players. We get this every season since he has owned this great club but to let everyone know we have to sell before bringing anyone in is total madness,we won't get anything near the money we want for our players, actually the rot started with moyes buying overpriced ageing players with no sell on value, although he got us a trophy the players that we have lost serious money over players sold is endless and is still carrying on till this day. This will not stop until we start get young hungry players with enthusiasm and energy and later be sold at a greater price than bought that hasn't happened at this club since Alan Pardew was manager he bought hungry young players and eventually sold them at a decent profit, and that's where Potter and Macaulay come in if sullivan lets them get on with their jobs and get who they want in i feel we can go forward but it won't be instant but i also think he needs to take away the captaincy from bowen and give it to someone else but there's so many players they can sell that i feel are not playing for the team and club.We just need to keep away from older players that are injury prone and just taking the vast amount of wages offered with no sell on value this has to stop now otherwise we will be in another relegation battle this coming season?
