After lurking rumours in the background for a long time, it has finally been announced that Amanda Staveley is stepping up her interest in buying a 25% stake in West Ham with the ambition for a full takeover when possible.
As time has passed, it has become evident that Daniel Kretinsky would like to remain as a minority shareholder, but would like enough to currently have control, providing him with the highest stake, allowing him to have control over certain issues, rather than seeing other shareholders, David Sullivan, run the club into the ground.
David Sullivan has refused to sell his stake in the club until the Hammers return to the Premier League, meaning Amanda is looking to buy out the Gold family entirely…. Which raises questions about what’s happening to the deal Kretinsky initially set out to have?
Whilst there is no direct answer to the question, there is indeed another possibility. Should Daniel Kretinsky have gotten approval for this deal, which isn’t yet publicly known, and he invested £90m into the club, which also isn’t yet publicly known, it means that David Sullivan would’ve had to match Kretinsky otherwise he would forfeit 9-10% of his stake, which would go to Kretinsky automatically - that is a possibility, but also a theoretical view.
The other alternative is that Daniel Kretinsky retains his 27% stake and he works alongside Amanda with her seemingly imminent 25% stake, and the pair work together until more shares are available and Amanda Steveley officially buys out Sullivan entirely, which she has intended in her plans.
A confusing dynamic but one that could be hugely beneficial in the future. Once again, only time will tell for Hammers fans.
Another aspect to keep an eye on - one of the most recent bidders on the London Stadium is linked to Staveleys’ consortium… wishful thinking but there’s no harm in feasting on hope.

Stavely
Barcodes do not have anything negative to say about her time at the club and that may be down to her helping get rid of the hated Mike Ashley and i am pretty sure they would love her back up there with the crazy stuff going on at that club right now.
As a fan all we care about is what goes on on the pitch and will protest what happens off it when and if it hits the fan but for now much like when the biscuit barons and then the dildo bros rocking up and buying the club there is little we can do to stop this happening and just have to wait and see.
Personally i think Kretinsky
Personally i think Kretinsky dosent want to be head man, just an invester, but had his hand forced because of the Sullivan situation and the Gold Lady wanting to off load, but now if Staveley is approaching, there will be no messing,Sullivan will be elbowed, shes too much for him and she will take the rest of Golds helping,if this does happen, she wont be afraid to take on the Greater London Authority to buy the ground, then we will see some serious shit, none of this fucking about.
Stavely
I wouldn't be surprised if stavely buys all the gold shares then you might see howe rocking up at the london stadium soon after which wouldn't be a bad thing either.
So 2+2=4 Staveley in Nuno out
So 2+2=4 Staveley in Nuno out? Who could possibly take the helm?
I give you availabe now Eddie Howe.
Has to be surely??
£700 million net spend at Newcastle
£240 million alone last window, and what's he won? One Carabao Cup. Look at how Bournemouth have progressed since his departure. Why would we want Eddie Howe?
