Lots of rumours doing the rounds and denials by "a spokesperson" from West Ham that Big Sam was fired today after a meeting with Co-chairman David Gold over several disagreements on selection of players tactics and recent results!!!
David Gold remains tight lipped and it seems Big Sam is still there but we all know it's Nolan and dare I say it an unfit Noble and the poor performance on Saturday that is causing the rift!!! Most is from the KUMB website but redtops are running with it as well now. A season that started so well is beginning to fade and it seems the board want answers!!! thoughts!
I heard sully and sam clashed
I heard sully and sam clashed over the signing of Brazilian winger Nene a short-term deal Allardyce has little interest in the deal
the sooner the better

Another one for the bench then

Things are looking up we have
Things are looking up we have a free kick specialist in the side how i've longed for one of them lol you would have thought that white box on the shirt was sorted by now though surely!
I know , bloody cheap looking
I know , bloody cheap looking , looks like some old lady sewed then on over the the original
Cheap
I can think of a few more words than that. They must buy them white boxes in bulk for when our sponsor go under ,and just stick them over the old logo's .
Wonder how playing time he'll
Wonder how playing time he'll get...?
There's hope then
as he didn't want Sakho either!
There have been rumours for
There have been rumours for quite a while that Sully and Sam were at loggerheads. I thought the rumours were probably exaggerated a bit, but maybe not. In the remaining 3 months of the season, he needs to ensure we finish 8th or higher, he needs to be less defensively minded, and he needs to start giving our younger players some game time. We all know he is a "safe pair of hands," but can he take us to the next level? He needs to prove that he is capable of that, if not we should look for a younger guy with big ambitions. BTW, Brady should not have a vote on such matters, she might be a good business person (I really don't know) but every time I've heard her talk "football" tells me she really doesn't have much of a feel for the game.
I heard that it was her and Gold
That out voted Sully the last time that Sully wanted Sam out .
Yeah I heard the same.
Yeah I heard the same.
Just rumours.
From what I can find it is only kumb who has made any real comments about this meeting and potential 'sacking'. They seem to have retracted those comments now and I think it highly unlikely the board would take any action right now. If Gold and Sullivan are unhappy with recent events then they can be sounding out new managers for the summer when Sam can walk away at the end of his contract without a penny in compensation.
i totally agree nt , it would
i totally agree nt , it would be madness to do it now
I would tend to agree, but

They aint always right, but...............
old puffy face at 100/1 ,
old puffy face at 100/1 , might have a slice of that
Gotta keep Sam for now.....
no way will SUGO pay him £4m when we are so close to the end of his contract. Let's take our time and start looking now......just in case......Sam might turn things around......starting with benching Nolan for the Spuds game.......gotta play Downing, Song, Kouyate & Noble for this game me thinks....Nolan on the bench.
agree Ironfish
Nolan, was a good player he is now past his sell by date and it really infuriates me that Sam cannot or want see this, for this reason alone they should think about getting rid of him. He had the chance to bring in young players when we had a strong first team, now it might be too let to try some out.
So Nene has signed to cover
So Nene has signed to cover Carroll, SUGO bought him apparently and Big Sam as with Sakho did not want him. Will he play him? he had to play Sakho due to Carrolls injuries at the start of the season and 7 goals from 7 games ensured he did. Has Nene got goals in him at 33?
I somehow doubt Nene will get a full game unless Sakho or Valencia get injured and even then Cole will get preference imo! That's three signings where Big Sam has fallen out with the Board, as well as ongoing rifts about our tactics and his persistence with Nolan.
All quiet at the moment but if Spurs trash us and Nolan is still being picked as first choice I suspect it will all kick off again unfortunately!

Allardyce has stated that he is 2 weeks away from being fit so what is the point? Hope you are well Bondsy.
