3 points, 3 goals scored and still unbeaten away from home! It does look very much like Dwight Gayles red card played into our hands and The Eagles rear guard action frustrated us for long periods, a silly penalty to give away but again good to see the full backs getting forward, Payet and Lanzini as well as Jenks on the score sheet and Payets goal wa sa peach. We are looking like a hard team to contain and this is the kind of performance against 10 men so different from our previous boss' tactics against a ten man Hull a couple of seasons back. Refreshing to see players wanting not only to push forward but also willing to track back and help defend. Good movement and a can do attitude.
A major turnaround for us with a few faces still to come back. Payet is a revelation and he clearly inspires those around him and gives the whole team a lift. A joy to watch ... I was at Sunderland for our last away venture and though delighted at the fightback from 0-2 down I was like a lot of the travelling support disappointed that we did not manage all 3 points. Onwards and upwards ! overall good to see renewed confidence and some good play to boot. Well done Mt Billic and his backroom team, the players and not forgetting our away fans magnificent from the off.

Its very enjoyable when they play like this plaistow my man ,isn't it great to have all the options ? maybe not as good as when Cole was scoring all them goals especially the classy ones from difficult angles

Palace are a very good side at home these days.
Didn't see any unfortunately but Twitter coverage and mates at the game said we were solid and played offensive whilst being again, very impressive on the break.
Payet is the route of success, our new Berkovic, and what a joy that 3rd goal was.
With Ogbonna, Obiang, Valencia and Carroll pushing, these are heady days.
A joy to watch and behold.
I'm away next week, and Chelsea may prove a stern test at home. But isn't it lovely to know we have a manager and a team, that will look to score and win.

Thought Collins had a great game. That's why we should not sell him,, a solid defender, brave, great timing, and with the exception of Rieds performance at man city was the best I've seen this season. Well done James make Obiang fight for his place!!

Yeah, we have the nits a bit lost for words; think they can't wait for us to self-destruct like we did under Sam after Christmas last year. We shall see... But God knows we are playing so much better this season, and I just can't see that happening again with this squad and this manager. Touches wood!!! :-)

Yeah, of course it's still early days, and they are probably hoping we self destruct, but it would be REALLY nice to hear one of these pundits hold their hands up and say, 'I got it wrong!' That'll be the day eh? :-)

How our full backs are actually being allowed to use their pace down the line this season to support the play? Last season I found it extremely annoying that our full backs would look to go and then check back inside and then retreat backwards? Great to see fast attacking football and results against good sides, we had to settle for one or two each season over the past few years but already we have 4 and away from home! Long may it continue I say!!!

Yes, and when thy did that last year it coincided with our good run. Later I'm sure they were told to not gallivant forward so much, and that coincided with our run of bad results.
