Bilic Interview: Up the 'Ammers

Just saw Super Slav's post match interview. Did he really say "Up the 'Ammers" at the end? Or was it "Happy Hammers"? May I say he is soooooooo refreshing. He give's credit where credit is due, he doesn't make excuses, he respects his opponents. There's some other manager today up North whinging about the referee and playing for the 0-0 draw and I am so glad that is not West Ham! Slav was absolutely right to be proud -- like he said, Palace defended deep after the send-off and it's tough to break a good team down. But Slav's strategy was good (introducing Carroll in that situation was the right call), and we got players in and around the box -- just having both Jelavic AND Lanzini there for Carroll's header was crucial. Anyway, as he said, they WANTED to win, and they fought it out and got it. Scoring quite a few goals late on now, a good sign of discipline. Can't wait for Chelski.

So true about slav-breath of fresh air, contrast that to a couple of ex hammers managers post match comments yesterday...

Most managers just want to win so does Bilic but he gives credit where it is due and will tell it like it is if West Ham are bad, and that is so different to what BS did he also takes some blame which is something our previous manager never seemed to do too.
Pardew argued miserably about a sending off that was a 100% sending off , he looked a right plonker.
To see what he is like look at the kind warm handshake he gives pardew ,and look at pardew who looks like he is going into battle, LOL.
