There seem s to be a little bit of feeling on the negative due i think to our early exit from euro cup and a couple of defeats in the prem ,our aspirations seemed to be sky high ,to me there are only three clubs that you could call massive manua , shity and and them fukers in blue who name is blasphemy, to them a normal transfer is in the region of 20 million ,they dont give 20 million a second thought and as the Pogba deal shows no player is out of reach ,poor old pooh have had aspirations of being a BIG CLUB for years but it never comes off ,from what i can see totalscum seemed to be knocking on the door in the last couple of years but may have missed their opportunity with last years surrender, so its going to take years for us to achieve that status ,as i said our record signing for 20 million is pissup money to the big boys ,not only the fee but the wage demands is way out for us ,patient's is going to be the big thing ,that and holding our nerve the one thing that will do more damage tha anything for this great club is a religation dogfight
Easy to get that impression
Some of the posts I've seen suggest some dissatisfaction in the camp which I don't really understand. I know there's always the how much it costs to attend matches argument but that doesn't change the reality of losing two away games against Chelski and Citeh. Okay 4 points last season but really have we moved on that quickly? Probably not. Out of the Europa? On one hand qualification (or near full qualification) blown away so easy and then on the other hand, this is a marathon of a competition that many clubs with bigger squads struggle with. Given our luck with injuries since way back when domestic competitions are enough I think. While on the subject of injuries, wow what a list we have already. I'm not ready to spit the dummy yet and frankly I have much more faith in Slav to do so at all.
Onwards and upwards
Yeah I reckon we'll be fine. Brought a bit of dross lately but we'll sort that no doubt. Anyway, why can't Tore be on the injury list too, he's dreadful.
Its just not been a great
Its just not been a great start to the season, all things considered - player injuries, early cup exit and questionable signings. People are disappointed but I dont think anyone is writing the season off yet!
