Do we have any Leaders?

Watching the Bindipper game yesterday and the struggle that young Scarles was having with arguably the Prems player of the season he clearly needed backup and a word to calm his obvious nerves facing that man but not one of Mav Tod Kil helped him guided him gave him any sort of encouragement and so the Lad suffered and learned a harsh lesson which begs the question do we have any real Leaders at West Ham?
Kilmans post match interview blimey he was so quiet and clearly not a personality that is going to give you earache and a kick up the arse if you are not pulling your weight.
Bowen a leader? not really for me a great player but leader give over...how many times this season have you seen him try to close down the opposition and be totally isolated as nobody goes up with him and you see him looking back waving for assistance but it rarely arrives.
Alvarez? not really not on the pitch long enough most games? Soucek lovely man but again i do not see the will to drive his fellow players on and looking throughout the squad i see nobody who can do that.
Does it matter some say but of course it matters when the managers had his talk and you cross the white line you need that leader that player the other players look up to who may even fear what he may do if you are not pulling your weight and doing your job on the pitch a leader drives you on demands you do better no matter the circumstance but we just do not have that kind of personality and we need one we really do otherwise players just drift by in games.

Is a good captain but for sure his time is nearly up. Scarles really needed Cressy to guide him yesterday, his naivety was there for all to be seen. But in my opinion, he didn't disgrace himself and far better and more experienced players than Scarles have been mugged off by arguably the best right sided midfielder in the Premier league. He will have got invaluable experience from that game, far more than Earthy or Potts will have gained at Bristol City or Portsmouth

Cresswell seemed reborn in that left sided 3 at the back. With Scarles outside him, the pair had a great understanding. That would have been invaluable yesterday, it's true.

Bikey is right. Leaders not shining. Bowen see's his opportunity to be the new Mr West Ham and rightly so. But not a Captain, in the Captain sense. I thought Kilman would be a natural leader, but perhaps not?

JWP was Captain at Southampton but he seems quiet too. Maybe Midget Porn will go to his Captain dressing up porn box? We may get a new one complete with Gimp mask??

Up yer arse, up yer arse, stick yer blue flag up yer arse!!

I don’t think Scarles struggled as much as Todibo and Scarles was up against arguably the best right sided player in the league, and apparently Todibo was wanted by Juventus!
