What was that signing all about? January is the window to sign people who will make an impact immediately, but we haven't seen hide nor hair of Hugill. I actually feel sorry for the lad. He was playing regular football, and now he will fade into anonymity. Doesn't make one bit of sense. Pretty bad business for £10M, too. I've always said SUGO were penny wise and pound poor. This is a great example of it. Please someone tell me he will come good.

He will become another Snodgrass put out on loan. One thing I will say though I think Snodgrass is a better and happier player since he went to villa and I think we paid hull 10.5 and if Villa want him on a permanent he's worth 12mill. so perhaps their idea with Hugill

my bad. No doubt we'll be signing Ronaldo, Messi, Salah and Kane in my memory.

that they actually got him because they were so worried about being relegated they wanted a striker who new the championship and a proven scorer in it and that now we are allegedly safe he will be sold to a high profile championship team.....bet they don't get there money back......

Sorry to hijack this thread but does anyone have a site that states the run in games with us and our rivals? (I know ours)

Now I understand my confusion: Geoffrey Andrew Huegill (born 4 March 1979) is an Australian former butterfly swimmer who won silver in the 4 × 100 metre medley relay and bronze in the 100 metre butterfly at the 2000 Summer Olympics. He held the long course world record in the 50 metre butterfly from 2000 to 2003.
