Before we were announced as the new tenants I was talking to a Spurs work ate and he was reading in a sports business magazine, saying how this is going to change us forever in becoming a footballing big boy. He said it was a very big deal and is why Spurs were after it. So there is the prediction what this space

Bullyhammer has it about right! The side looks good right now and just need time together to get a consistent run going which would not surprise me in the least. When we enter the stadium next season we may well be attracting even better players after finishing in the top half (6th is my prediction). They are all worried and rightly so as finally West Ham will become a top six side and just maybe challenge that elusive top 4 with a good stadium and financial backing that will attract top class players
We have just had a very successful transfer window which proves we can attract good players now, just think what will happen next season especially if we do finish 6th?

That we had built our own purpose built football stadia that we personally owned instead of what is basically a white elephant. Even Spurs didn't want it in it's current layout and wanted to flatten it.

These twats won't stop there, but who cares, in just under 11 months we'll be sitting in a lovely brand spanking new fit for purpose stadium with 54 thousand pairs of 2 finger salutes to those who hate the fact we have it and that we'll fill it!

With the retorhic building the deal as 25 days per year, can be used the rest of the time for whatever the management company decides is all well and good, but we have not moved in yet and already I feel like a neusance tenant. Will the feel of the new stadium alway be like we are staying at someone's house. If so can I hang my Trevor Brooking poster?
I think we have all got over the retractable seating, but will it ever feel like home? I'm forever blowing bubbles will tun into I occasionally blow a few but the turf they fall onto belongs to Newham and the likes.. Will there be claret and blue seating, will the management offices be located there? I guess what I am asking is, is there any chance of us forming traditions, and sence of family in a place that the management company are distancing themselves from us.?

I think what's wrong is that Spurs are genuinely afraid that the " noisy neighbours" from the east end could actually become a bigger club than what Spurs THINK they are. Now we have Boris ( does anybody know a good barber) jumping in on the act to have the contract details made public . I'd wish they'd all build a bridge and get over it.
