Some key factors to consider:
1) Playing style........Attacking/pressing ,high tempo please
2) Successful CV......Plenty of experienced managers out there ,many who have won sweet F.A .Need someone who knows what it takes to build successful teams.
3) Temperment .......Need a manager who has good man-management skills, not someone who is known for falling out with players and causing an atmosphere in the club.
4) Transfer Success..Don't want a high spend thrift with little return, but a manager who can spot cheapish talent( this is Westham remember) and known for putting together successful sides
If you know anyone that fills the criteria let us know :)
Its a lot easier to rule out
Its a lot easier to rule out managers than it is to rule them in,but I still like Bielsa his footballing style pips it for me and Klopp who assembled a title winning Dortmund side for only 40m Euro.(Even though they don't fully tick all the boxes)

you forgot " must love his
you forgot " must love his mum " Essex
I think now allardyce has
I think now allardyce has gone the merry go round will start. Could be Allardyce to Sunderland, Benitez to Madrid, Klopp to Newcastle, Billic to Everton, Martinez to Hull and Ancelotti to West Ham.
Put a bet on all them managers betty
I bet the odds will be sweet, and if they all come off the pay out even sweeter.

No matter how many boxes the
No matter how many boxes the new guy ticks he might still fail, nothing is certain in football or in life generally. BUT as long as I enjoy watching my team again I won't be too critical.
New names on the list : Unai

Only last week Laudrup said
Only last week Laudrup said he wouldn't go to a mid-table club in the PL. He obviously has a rather high opinion of himself. Rumours in Italy that Emery has signed for Milan, but no official confirmation.
I sincerely hope that Bruce
I sincerely hope that Bruce and McLaren aren't even on their list, I'll be devastated if we ended up with either. I think some might be surprised at how high our owners are aiming.
Great let Down
Don't want bruce and most definitely not McLaren i can just see him now doing a press interview changing his accent into a danny dyer LOL
It's still Benitez at the top
It's still Benitez at the top of SUGO's list followed by Ancelloti if Benitez takes the Madrid job leaving Ancilloti to consider us. The transfer kitty will be bigger this time according to David Gold (£32m spent this season) so expect £50-60m to be made available (most from TV money). Exciting times and the attraction of the New Stadium plus a good transfer kitty should ensure we get a decent manager!!! My money is also on a big sort out of those players who let us down the second half of the season Nolan top of the list followed by Carlton Cole, Jarvis and possibly 1 or 2 others and all the loan players to be let go which we seem to do every year. I hope we keep Nene but cant see it unless Ancelloti takes the job!
No Idea!!
You get the feeling that the identity is a close secret, so close the SuGo don't know. I just hope we do not end up with another no hoper. Take a chance, go for a young manager with lots of talent, like Zola. oops, oh bugger it.
It's been reported on Sportsmole
that Bielsa has informed the Gold and Sullivan that he is very interested in trying for the job. Would be happy to give him a go.
Bielsa is staying at his
Bielsa is staying at his current club.just agreed new contract (well that's what's being reported)
Now it's Emery!!!! Seville
Now it's Emery!!!! Seville will want at least £1m in compensation and SUGO seem up for it! is Emery up for it though? Love his style but cant see him turning down the Champions league for the Europa cup again.........or maybe he likes a challenge................Nah! still Bilic then imo :-)
