I think its Disgraceful the way they have given all this publicity to Mancinni just because he turns up in the stands at the Olympic I thought I saw Conti in the Stadium as well did'nt hear nothing about him though did we. So we lost 5-0 in the cup and 4-0 in the prem so wot! We are still 11th. What a liberty to give Mancinni the opportunity to say if he got the chance to coach in the Premiership he would not turn it down. He certainly knew what game to turn up at. Secretly Billic must be fuming by this attempt to put extra pressure on him and I have every confidence in him, when Payet left every fan got behind Super Slaven Billic so are the board having 2nd thoughts? I dont know why I think he has done a great job up to now. If you remember a few seasons ago mancinni did exactly the same thing with Mark Hughes when he was at Man Citeh And nicked his job so lets hope The slimy little b*str*d does'nt pull of this charade of again. Pi$$ed off if they sack Slav for him and I don't let things outside of my control upset me too easily. The board need to realise they have a good coach that is a "West Ham" man with probably his best years ahead of him. I've never been a fan of all things instant success so Mr I've won this and that with my sky's the limit budget can carry on paying to get in. Thank you!

believe most people in a position of management could do no worst than most managers. look at Leicester, same team (almost). same manager, one year top, next bottom. tell me how has the manager has had any influence. A good manager (not football) could have a good management team and get the same results.

Investment in a few new
Investment in a few new players and NOT a new manager is what needed. We finished 7th last season and to kick on from there we needed to invest in some high quality players. Sometimes its hard to attract these players and the loan market didn't go well for us at all. We then lost our play- maker from last season, (can't even say his name). Nowadays you need a 100 to 150 mill budget to challenge the top four and considering our financial restraints, mid-table and a good cup run or win would do me. Slaven deserves another season at least.

Slaven needs to go at the end of the season.... The squad shouldnt be finishing any lower then 9th and its embarassing that Biic cant seem to get our team to do the basics right....

Spot on Fred. The basics would us see finish at least 7th. But does he know what they are or how to coach them? The best I can say about Slav is he is trying to run the team the same way as he did in Turkey without adjusting his ideas to the English game.

Investment in players is what is needed,not another prima donna manager...if that doesnt work then maybe look at another option for a manager,slav at least deserves a chance to work with some decent players!!

Totally agree d H65, Slaven deserve to stay. He did a good job, and the company has to work this summer to bring to the club decent players. Ok the passage to the new stadium that brought about changes, ok Payet that the case has created ill-feeling inside the dressing room, but we all know we need to have some good signature where needed. Mancini is absolutely not better than Bilic.
