To be honest the season Is dead and It is obvious the players think they have done their bit and are ready to fly off on their Summer holidays. Obviously the several trips to Dubai have not done much to stop them getting that 'lets go on Holiday ' feeling or is it more of a ' Lets get the f... out of here' feeling, I am not sure.
And what of our beloved Big Sam, he has long since given up on even trying or maybe he is but his players are not nope he was never trying, he is just biding time, it looks to me knowing he will not get a renewed contract so that is that.
Oh and what of our poor poor fans, well tonight I will lift a glass to you lot who attend the games probably knowing full well what you are going to get, a turgid gutless defensive minded game of snoozeball , God bless you all.

That was so bad today, amongst countless other bad performances of late. So we beat Liverpool and Man City earlier this season, but so did a few other teams as they both started poorly. Bringing on Carlton Cole and Kevin Nolan today did it for me, as both contributed so badly and showed that they are not PL players. Carlton was falling over his feet and I noticed Nolan bitching at his team mates as well as the ref, both got booked funnily enough!
I want him out and the sooner the better as enough is enough!

i have to say though antkb thats the way Stoke play away from home , they stifle you and bring you down to their level , the ball just appears to be bobbing around the middle and also an awful lot of head tennis , but like you i hate him as well , there used to be a saying in football they used about the managers " he's lost the dressing room " i reckon anyone who keeps bringing on those two comedians has lost his marbles

If they don't want to sack Sam, they could put him on "gardening leave, give him permission to go look for another job." Let Teddy & Macca train and pick the team. Gives them an extra couple of months to find a new manager, and organise the players the new man wants to bring in. Gives us a flying start at next season. I think many of our players can do better, but are hamstrung by Sam's old fashioned predictable negative ideas.

Thank goodness I was at a wedding yesterday and could not get the score until later. It seems like a poor game from a poor team from a poor manager. Can't wait for the season to end then get a new manager in.
