With Bilic confirmed as leaving his club and Sam confirmed as gone there has to be a possibility of Bilic being in the mix for new manager. Not sure what to think about him really. Good record with Croatia, nothing spectacular as a club manager, also don't see him as a big attraction for new signings either. I also don't see him as "one of ours"
He was a superb player for us but agitated to leave, wanting to go to the spuds before Everton met his release clause.
On the plus side, he is a really intelligent guy and hasn't had any real failure as a manager, he also does have the qualities of a leader.
I am interested as to whether people would be excited at the prospect of him becoming our manager?

Who ever comes in will have to hit the ground running cos the owners will want us to be still in the Premiership at the end of the season. So he wont be given much time to settle in. It will be interesting.

But because I feel he would be a breath of fresh air to the club. A young manager who has a connection already. Loved him as a player commanding the back 4. Gets my vote......again!!

Not excited by any means. Bilic doesn't really have a record in management to get anyone chomping at the bit. He's odds on to get the job but I'd be surprised if the owners went all out for such an inexperienced manager to be honest.

I do not expect miracles from Bilic but he does have some decent experience in management and from the names mentioned I think he could be the one to do a good job depending on how much money he has to spend.
Am i sure no but he has always commanded the respect of his players and that is very important a few weeks ago I would have said no but i have listened to a few people on Turkish TV and they all seem to respect him and his footballing style too.
