Its been 15 years to the day since Di Canio scored that bicycle kick against Wimbledon, I want to know what are your top 5 West Ham goals?

Andy Carroll would be proud of that header Bully , but I think di Canio's goal will never be beaten. Valencia's goal earlier in the season was a pretty good one. It's hard to remember them all.

Yeah, Dowie's was the best own goal, I couldn't believe it at the time! :-) It is tough to remember goals from past years, I'm gonna have a think and see what I can find on YouTube

Remember it well. Younger Hammers may be surprised by the state of the pitch, that was actually better than usual for The Boleyn in winter! lol

In no real order after this my favourite ever West Ham goals are:
Frank McAvennie vs Chelsea 85/86 season at stamford bridge. Rolling his body to get over a half volley and sending it into the roof of the net. An iconic goal for me.
Julians penalty vs Man Utd, exploding it dead centre and into the roof of the net. Schmeichels hand would still be travelling if he'd touched it.
Clive Allens tap in that sealed promotion at home to Cambridge. In front of the old south bank, he was picked up and carried back to the halfway line by around 3000 of us (i smelt his armpit, was beautiful). Tumultuos party scenes and one of my top 3 games for atmosphere.
Kenny Brown, 25 yard swerving outside of the foot piledriver against United at home. We were already relegated but produced a barnstorming performance. I was in the north bank that midweek night with school friends and i lost my voice for 2 days after. We partied, sang and mosh pitted at the back of the old stand that night.

Dicanio's effort was the best, superb piece of skill. Some great shouts on here, I would like to add Liam Brady's effort in his last ever game. Against Wolves, last few minutes, rolled back the years. I was in the south bank - happy days

My personal favourite since I've started watching West Ham must be Zamora's goal versus Brum away. Now if a high profile player scored that one it would have been the goal of the season. Great goal.
