That is some Cull by me but it has to happen as the club has no future with any of those IMO and the only one we would prob get a decent amount for would be Kudus the others very little and one maybe a big fat zero if the FA have there way.
So Bowen Scarles Summerville along maybe with a Casey and Orford and Potts need to be a starting point for a squad rebuild but a helluva lot of work needs to happen because right now we are a very poor side and will only survive because of there actually being three worse sides in the prem.

We need a stronger keeper. Fabianski has definitely had his day and mistakes are becoming regular. In defence only AWB and Scarles are worthy of starting. Mavrapanos along with Coufal & Cresswell need moving on. Kilman is hot or cold but would stick with for now. Todibo is still an unknown quantity. Emerson as back up.
Regarding the midfield it's easier to say who I think we should keep. Bowen, Soler, Summerville & Kudus. I would also keep Fullkrug & Irvine.

To be fair to Kilman. I think he is a class act. He suffering from a huge lack of confidence at the moment. But the biggest impact on his game. Has been the lack of a quality partner. Todibo (who the fvck knows) if he's any good. Stavros Mavrapapos is crap.
He needs a solid partner. As at present, he's wandering around like a dick in the wind. He didn't know whether to stick or twist, against Mateta for the opening goal on Sat. Reason being, he did not know if he was being covered. Turns out he wasn't, the rest is history...

He has been in the premier league for a good while and still needs someone alongside him to guide him? he is a grown man ffs not a lad like Casey....Killman can bring a ball out of defence and yes can sometimes waft a lovely pass out to Bowen or Kudus but defensively but for Mav and his mistakes Killman would be getting a lot more shit thrown at him.....he does not read the game that well or sniff out the danger like Ogbonna/Dawson could even Zouma with his dodgy knees would of sorted out Mateta and if Dicks had been playing he would of given him more than a rocket up his arse!

Bikey, I believe all defences are built on a strong central defensive pairing. Obviously when playing 4 at the back as we mainly do. I actually believe, if Todibo sorts his shit out. He and Kilman would develop a great understanding if coached correctly.
I believe the Potter model of coaching would be able to do that! We need a centre half if Todibo is going to carry on being a passenger. Notwithstanding the fact that we could do with reinforcements. Just not someone like Roger "relegation" Johnson!!

If Pacqueta, Kudus, Kilman and Alvarez were performing and Bowen and Fullkrug weren’t injured then it would look a lot better, because everything in front of the defence isn’t performing (probably bar Soucek and Soler when selected ) then the team are under constant pressure and the centre halves and goalkeeper aren’t good enough to cope with it. I don’t think there’s another team in the Premiership that’s having to rely on a false 9 or someone of the standard of Danny Ings to the lead the front line, if everyone’s fit and playing to their level it’s a decent starting 11
