Pacqueta out the door for me. If Kudus knuckles down keep him if he's turned into Mr Ego get rid. I'd lose Mavrapanos, unless we can find a replacement/upgrade. I'd sell Alvarez as he's too unpredictable and you don't need loose cannons on the field.
They are the main protagonists, I'd keep hold of the rest Soucek, JWP, always rotatable as is Irving unless we get a good offer for them.
All pie in the sky really. But the squad disrupters, whoever they are, need to first on the list down the road. Irrespective of squad status!!!
Not Knowing What
The atmosphere is like in the dressing room or the training ground, I can only go on what I see on the football pitch. Out of your specific groups there is only one twin selection to go and that would be KIlman and Mavropanos. I wouldn't be upset to see JWP gone and as for the keeper, Foderingham seems quite contented sitting in the background and as a second choice keeper Fabianski knocks bells and whistles out of the sh*t show that is Areola. Might just as well stick a lamp post in goal for all the difference he makes.
Unfortunately, with the current manager, realistically get rid of the whole squad and watch the relegation battle begin as it's quite clear he hasn't got anyone playing for him
