Lanzini or Moses

Submitted by Red Neck Iron on Sat, 17/10/2015 - 22:41

Maybe a bit soon to have this but based on what you know, and you become the manager next season Sullivan tells you, you can only have one. Who do you buy Moses or Lanzini and why?

having kept my eye on him since he arrived he has really impressed, his work rate each game is terrific in both attack and defence. When he first arrived I thought gee he's a little bugger I don't know if he will make it but the way he keeps at the opposition reminds me of a dog fight I saw once, a German Shepherd was being chased by a Jack Russell down the road, when the shepherd turned to have a go the Jack Russell kept ducking in and harassing, nipping and biting until the Shepherd packed it in and ran away. Let's prey that we can tie him down to a long contract.

Great a analogy ally. On the subject of Lanzini I'm not sure if it's being sung yet but someone on kumb has made a great call singing his name to the piranhas song zambesi. I certainly see it catching on if enough people know, as its a typical fan song. "Lan zini, lan zini, lan zini, lan, I'm on my way, lan zini, lan zini, lan zini lan. Ber dah dah dad da dad da dadda da da dad da dadda dada dadda dadda dad"

Hypothetical choices do my head in... but would be Lanzini for me: when Payet has gone missing at times The Little Gem has stepped up. What a partnership they are! And in a few years when Dimi gets past it, we have young Samuelsen to take his place! Our midfield creators sorted for a decade!!!

Lanzini is turning into a little gem (jack russell sums him up well!).We must buy him,& his partnership with payet is defining our season. But i would also try to tie down moses as well,i think he adds a lot to our attacking game which is a delight to watch...coyi

and I also want Jenkinson! We move to the OS and save a fortune, get the new Sky money... just get them all! We have ambition, the board has ambition and I am dam sure the Manager is like minded!!!!

Definately got first option on Lanzini. I've heard his fee is 6 mill but still a no brainer to me after all Matt Jarvis was 10 wasn't he?

Yeah I've heard 6mil also, just hope that being on loan from Al-Jazira and Chairman Sheikh Mansour don't try and throw a spanner in the works to take him to City

6 million was also the number I had in my head. Don't know where I read that, and can't remember if that was Sterling, Euros, or US Dollars.

If he carries on as he has done, and maybe even gets better, I'd say 30 million wouldn't be an exaggeration, especially when you look at some of the money being paid these days, Mooro!

Just goes to show what we've been buying and producing for the last decade or so, players with no sell on value. Hopefully part of the revolution happening this also changes.

This guy has talent, he is a real "jewel". Despite his young age he has adapted very well in a difficult championship like the PL and is doing great things. It is not everyone
