Had an opportunity to go to this today, mates father wasn't going but had to decline as I couldn't trust myself to keep quiet in the home end.
They'll be up for this today considering they've dropped into the bottom three, our heavy injury list doesn't help our cause so I'll take a draw tbh...COYI!

Missing in action? Where was kouyate in this game? How on earth did he play the whole game? I saw him more in the injury time at the end than in the whole rest of the game! And he is in the engine room? We were Defensively sound, Adrian becoming very dependable and I will say it lee mason and his lino's stole the show for me. Pretty much got e erything right. It's often referees get some dire decisions wrong but I'd give them 10/10 as for the Swansea crowd they were sounding more and more desperate with the constant penalty appeals

So much so I've spent this half collecting belly button hair and trimmed my pubes.
Awful snore fest and waiting for Gomis to score.
Wake me up when Payet's back.

Almost put a bet on Collins to score in this match as feel like if we are honna win it, its gonna be the big man on the end of a cross... he had a pop on the volley in the 1st half, will i rue my decision??

Headless chicken sound familiar, it's time for Song to take the game on. The idea of kicking the ball up field is not working so how about keeping hold of the bloody thing and try a few passes.

With all the injuries we have, its starting to resemble an allardyce squad! Strange the similarities between this season and last

As i just said - 5 diving headers to clear the ball from danger... theres no debate to be had for selling him... Collins is old school TOUGH!

Unfortunately I saw the last 30 minutes, enough to see Collins that an impenetrable wall

Well one point hard earned... basically we have no strikers unless Enner starts up front next match. Jelavic could of been through on goal in the dying minutes if he was a spring chicken but its just plain to see he is never going to be a threat. Ki was voted MOM by comentators but that was a travesty - the match was dire on the whole but if anything it was a masterclass in solid no nonsense defending by Mr James Collins

Can't wait till someone with a bit of a clue comes ack from injury. This punting upfield and giving possession back to the other team is pissing me off. Would be nice to see a bit of decent passing for a change and why the hell we have Jelavic is beyond me. Got to give credit to Swansea they kept possession and their passing was great and if not for Adrian we could well have been done here.

Lawro's Sunday predictions were spot on.....the bloke is laughable, Poo are awful and he puts them for a win...we are up against a relegation zoned managerless club and he predicts a defeat...what a clown.

Just shows how much we are missing the injured .. It was like watching the hammers in the beginning of this year when we were going free fall.. I hope I'm wrong but I can feel it in my water about the Villa game...

Everyone has to understand: Payet, Lanzini, Sakho, Moses, Carroll all out and Valencia just getting back -- it was always going to be pretty hard to imagine us getting a goal from this match. Don't bet the house on three points against Villa, either! But the side is showing resilience. Collins was immense -- my man of the match -- and Adrian was solid. Ogbonna and Tomkins both very solid, too. I'm happier with Jenkinson out right now. He comes on and gets a silly yellow within five minutes. Of the poorer performers: Jelavic showed once again he doesn't have it any more -- twice he was put through and twice he was unable even to make a serious threat of a goal. Antonio also nothing to write home about, at least so far. Lost the ball too easilly and could find space. Song put Cresswell through very nicely on one occasion; hopefully as he comes to greater fitness that is the sort of thing you'll see more often from Song. Cresswell, Noble, Obiang and Kouyate were fairly anonymous. Zarate tried, but he lacks skill, too. All things considered I'm happy with a third clean sheet in succession, and look forward to having the first team back in action sometime around the Liverpool match.

The commentators were biased as hell, as they kept on ranting about the two penalties, that Swansea were hard done by. However, when Williams goes down and stretches his hand to block the ball, I could not believe that they said, right decision by the referee.

I was hoping that Bilic pulls out Jelavic, as apart from stealing the ball and creating a chance for Zarate to score, he was totally out of place in this team. He lacks pace and does not bond with any of the players. I think a combination of Zarate and Valencia might have added a zip in the step. Otherwise, this was a lame display that was worrying for Bilic. When the Official confirmed that there were 4 minutes of extra time added, Bilic looked stressed as if to say please end it now. Yes Collins was the MOM. Great job and please offload O'Brien to Sunderland and not either Collins or Tompkins. Why would these two leave to play Championship football next season?
