I saw only one decent shot on target from open play. I do not hold out much hope for the second leg basically because the same team will be playing and need to be at least 30% fitter. New stadium as well!!!

Oh dear... sounds like a right shambles! I didn't watch the game as I was working and from the sounds of it I'm glad I didn't! Can only think back to the start of last season and our woeful participation in Europa and think maybe Slav is throwing the match so as not to be committed to too many games, what with our injuries and player exits and wants to keep his focus on the league

Absolute rubbish.terrible performance by team and manager. Antonio is not a full back and left us exposed. Manager failed to make any personnel changes even though it was going pair shaped. Why no fletcher? Piss poor if you ask me.

Having watched last night's game, it was very underwhelming. No shape to the team. Back four apart from Byram very poor. Nordveit has a good pass looked cautious in defence backing off considerably. Npble played well as did Fehouli. Valencia was his usual self - ineffective. The Antonio experiment at right back failed again and am not sure why Bilic persists with this. Better teams would have put four goals on us last night. I love Bilic but he surely has to see this Antonio experiment doesn't work. Byram is a right back and looks ok. Buy a left back. Dicks must get this defence shured up . Too many gaping holes. Yes it is a preseason game and it needs time to gel but our defence is a major concern. We have other players coming back so some goals should come. Let's hope Bilic is all that. Last night was a long ball kind of game. Remind you of anyone?

Do you think that Slaven is going to put his best team out that's why the team looked unprofessional its our first game at the Olimpic and he will have his big guns on the bench, Payet Ginger etc he cant loose our 1st match there although after saying that we can lose the 2nd against Juventus but that is a friendly. As for La Vida saying this will be hard to turn round we only have to win 1-0 game over.
